Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing two coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved shade and make over a coat of cement primer over new surface including preparing plastered surface by rubbing smooth with pumice stone or fine sand paper, applying putty wherever required, scaffolding washing of floor and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and fixing of external wall system on Light gauge steel frame work with outer face cement boards as per standard sizes fixed with self- drilling / taping screws / fasteners @ 60cm c/c of approved make. A groove of 2 mm to 3mm shall be maintained and grooves shall be sealed with silicon based sealant. The board shall be fixed in a staggered pattern. Installation of PEB (Pre Engineering Building) including design, supply, transportation with erection and finishing excluding wall cladding and civil works -Constructing and framing of steel line with front end and back-end frame as non-expandable rigid frame and Bracing on Roof with Rod/Angle bracing for roof and one side wall. Anchor bolts shall confirm to the physical specification of ASTM A 36M / IS 2062 and having a minimum yield strength of 245 MPa. Roof panels shall be 0.47mm (TCT)(AZ150/70) & 0.50mm (TCT)(AZ150/70) thick profiled bare galvalume or colour coated galvalume steel sheeting respectively. It can be shipped in any length up to 12m. Colour of exterior and interior faces shall be white/grey. Other materials, thicknesses and coating are available upon request. The material shall conform to ASTM A792 and the galvalume coating to ASTM-A792- AZ150. The minimum yield strength of material shall be 550 MPa. For Eave Gutters and Downspouts: Valley Gutter shall be cold rolled from galvanized steel and it shall confirm to the physical specification of IS 513 Grade ‘O’ or Grade ‘D’ and having a minimum yield strength of 240 MPa. All screws shall have hexagonal heads, and made of zinc plated steel. These are specially designed screws in small, medium and large sizes. (HP Make) Flashing and trimming: Flashing and/or trim shall be furnished at the rake, corners, and eaves, framed openings and wherever necessary to provide weather tightness and finished appearance.
