Notes : (i) The complete panel shall be checked and tested on full load after necessary repairs and replacement of unserviceable wiring. for its smooth functioning and proper interlocking including shutt down on high water tempreture and low Oil pressure. Quarterly Periodical, preventive & comprehensive maintenance by disconnection, dismantling & taking out all mechanical/electrical/electronic circuit connections old steam roller ironer, removing of hot iron steam plate, taking out roller from machine, repairing of uneven surface of base material and damage sheet cover cloth, refixing of base material/parts incl replacement of new cloth cover as per sample of 20 mtrs length on roller base material, stiching of convas cloth & refixing of pedestal roller on machine & re-fixing of all electrical/electronic/mechanical connection & testing of machine complete all as specified & directed

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of indoor type cubical panel board suitable for 3 phase, 4 wire, 415V, 50 Hz and CPRI approved manufacturer factory fabricated with CRCA sheet not less than 3 mm thick having modern fabrication process powder coating in approved shade provided with suitable gaskit to make it dust and varmin proof and general constructions conforming to IS : 8623/93. The LT panel shall be front and back openable and duly compartmentalized for each control gears.The panel should have suitable size of aluminium Bus -bar three phase 4 wire system having current carrying capacity 400 Amps of the incomer MCCB. The panel should have the following incoming and out going controlls duly fixed with the panel by means of suitable link plates complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-charge. (PCC platform of suitable size for mounting the LT Panel is deemed to be included in the quoted rate )

M&L for earthing with galvanised earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mt below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron wire 4 mm dia as earthing lead protected by GI pipe medium grade 15 mm bore for protection of GI earth wire and 20 mm bore GI pipe medium grade for watering with alternate layer of char coal dust and salt including all accessories like nut bolts, redecer, napple wire mesh/screended funel and making brick machinery finished chamber of intern size 300x300x300mm with concrete base covered with a cost iron hinged cover resting over the cost iron frame painted with black betuminus paint which shall be imbedded in the block machinery including excavation work refilling connecting to main switch/MCB DB for feeding the electric supply all as spcified and directed and shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I and testing the earth resistance as required
