Picking BT Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical specification clause 301.4

Earth work excavation in all classes of soils except hard rock requiring blasting depositing on bank with initial lead of 10M and lift of 2M including all labour charges and incidental charges such as shoring, strutting, providing coffer dams, bailing out of water as per 20A

Providing and laying including cost and conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction at Optimum moisture content and hire fuel charges for powerroller, watersprinkler and all other incidental charges such as traffic barricading and providing dangerlights etc. comp for base-course and side berms.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406.

Providing and applying Prime coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) 7kg on prepared surfce of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 kg/sqm using mechanical as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing and laying TACK COAT over Primed WMM surface at 2.5Kg of RS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m. Including cost of bituminous emulsion which will be supplied by the department at section stores and its cost will be recovered as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying tack coat and for applying required quantity of bituminous emulsion by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed etc., complete as per clause 503 of MOST specification.

BITUMINUS CONCRETE Providing, laying bituminous Concrete with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder transported to site upto lead of 1000m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade level and alignment and rolle to achive the desired compaction as per technical specification clause 504
