Factory made pressed steel frames, conforming to IS, having profile 105 mm x 60 mm for doors with one or more rebates made out of 1.25 mm thick mild steel sheet, including necessary fixing lugs, butt hinges, lock strike plate, etc, complete all as specified and directed. Make: M/S Anoop Industries Meerurt/M/s Ishwar Industries/M/S Chabra Steel Udyog Meerut or equivalent make as specified in PS.

Supply and fix for flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides, 30 mm thick, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Century Plywood/Jainwood Industries Haryana/Shivhari Plywood (Corbett) or equivalent make as specified in PS.

Supply & fix MS work as in door chowkats or frames of angle or other section etc complete conforming to Fe-410-0 or 310-0 complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour gauged shutter shall be made out of U frame 35x35x5mm, 25x25x5mm and 1.5mm thick as shown on drawing. The frame for shutter shall be of pressed steel and 10mm Square bars grill complete with fly proof wire mesh having 0.63mm nominal dia wire and 1.4mm average with aperture including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide and including taking down old doors any type with iron items all specified and directed by Engr-in -charge.

Supply and fix butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel and fixed with screws or with welding to existing MS frames, 100 mm size, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Aluminium, anodized barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed, 200 mm long, dia of bolt not less than 10 mm, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix aluminium anodized handle of size 200 mm, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt 250mm size with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast-aluminium alloy and fixed ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repair door closer hydraulically regulated cast iron body designation no 3 universal tyoe suitable for door shutter of 851 to 1000mm in with and weight between 61 to 80 kg of aluminium (die cast ) body complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Steel windows box type using 'P' section comprising double frame for gauge and glazed skelton shutter jointly with flat iron 40x3mm complete including hinges, handle, tower bolts, stops, lugs etc all as shown on drawing.Note (i) For the perpose of measurement & payment double shutter with frame shall be considered as one unit (ii) Unit rate quoted against this item shall also include the iron mongreries shown on drgs (iii) gaurd bars glazing & Wire mesh shall be measured and paid for separately complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix as in Figured glass, 3 mm thick, pin head type and glazing with oil putty in squares not exceeding 0.5 sq. m in each pane, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour machine cut kota stone slab flooring 15-20mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing upto Granite finish complete over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
