SPL REPAIR OF BLDG NO P-15 (MT SHED) AT DINJAN MIL STN

M&L for broken stone bolder as hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (ussing 40mm graded stone aggregate ) as in sub base of flooring etc complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges o, in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level)complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 75mm thick 1:3:6 type C-2 thick ( 40mm graded aggregate) thick as in plinth protection finishing cement concrete surface even & fair whthout using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone or concrete surfaces of wall etc , icluding raking out joints , hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair face of brick works or concrete surfaces of walls with CM (1:6) anf finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on other thanfair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with integral water proofing compound weight of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. ( Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.
