JOINTING OF COPPER /G.I STRIP: Jointing of copper / G I strip ( with another copper / GI strip,base of the final or any other metalic object) by riveting/nut bolting/sweating and soldring etc.as required.

DWC HDPE PIPE LAYING: Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc.conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting,jointing etc.direct in ground (750 mm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench,etc.,complete as required. Make: Gemini/Rex/Duraline 90 mm dia (OD-90 mm & ID-76 mm nominal)

MV CABLE LAYING: Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/DWC/PVC pipe as required. Upto 185 sq. mm

CABLE ROUTE MARKER: Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on, bolted /welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing thesame in ground as required.

EARTH STRIP: Providing and fixing of 25mm x 5mm copper earth strip with suitable insulator sleeve including suitable porcelin insulator/sleeve on wall surface for connection,with suitable bolt,nut, washer etc.complete as required.

CABLE END TERMINATION: Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. Make: LOTUS/COMET/DOWELLS 3.5 X 120 sq. mm

LIGHTNING ARRESTER: Providing and fixing of lightning conductor made of 25mm dia 3 metre long, copper tube, having 5 prong at top, with 100mm dia 6mm thick copper base plate including holes, bolts/nuts etc.complete as required. Make: Galaxy/Value Engineers or Equivalent IS make

SUPPLY OF 3.5 CORE, 120 SQ MM, ALUMINIUM UG CABLE: Supply of 3.5 core, 120 sq mm, XLPE insulated, Sheathed and armored aluminium 1100 V grade as per IS 1554 Standard UG cable, produce with necessary test certificate etc. as required. Make: Finolex/Polycab/Q-Flex

Potential Earth Electrode: Provision of copper Potential Earth Electrode type (Chemical earthing), 3mtrs, 1.5 inch dia with Augur / Drill / Bore a hole of 8 - 10 Inch in diameter to a suitable depth of 3 meters (Electrode Length). The work includes refilling the empty space around the Earthing Electrode with the 2 bags of moisture booster (compound /soil mix), each termination should be with suitable 2 set of stainless steel bolt, nut & flat & spring washers of each run, testing earth resistivity of the Electrode and provision of Top side dia 250mm x Hight 260mm x Bootom side dia 330mm PVC earth pit cover and including painting,marking of individual value etc. as required.
