Solar Photovoltaic (SPV) 10KWp ON-Grid Tree and Rooftop Power Plant: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning (SITC) of BIS/IEC standard complaint, 10 kWp capacity Mono crystalline Solar Photovoltaic (SPV) module arrays, 3-phase ON-grid inverter having Power conditioning unit & integrated Maximum Power Point Tracker (MPPT) on board, array junction box, AC and DC Distribution box with protective switchgears & SPD, interconnetion DC cable/wires, tree shape/rooftop galvanized metallic mounting structure & civil foundation for 39 m/s wind speed withstand with STAAD/equivalent certificate, solar generation meter, rectification/replacement un-conditional warrantee for 2 years of (i)SPV modules and (ii) Inverter. Contractor shall take approval from the department for design drawings, make, models, list of tests for PDI, before placing the order.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of ON-grid intelligent hybrid inverter rated 3-phase, 415V, 20 kVA with grid import & export features and inbuilt compatibility with backup battery bank.

Supply, installation, testing & commission of solar plant data-acquisition system. i.e. LAN based data-logger, life time licensed & perpetual re-installable SCADA software with 64 tags etc. The data acquisition of solar plant shall be independent of WIFI, GPRS, CLOUD, internet servers and shall use local intranet system and existing PC. Software shall be suitable to program as per site requirement and programming shall be included in the scope of work. This installation may be taken on compatible existing or new installations.

LAN based datalogger hardware along with communication module, enclouser, internal wiring, PLC/CPU controller, 24V, 120W power supply, ethernet switch, 8 DI, 4DO, converter etc. complete for solar power plant.

SCADA software with programming as per site requirement for solar power plant monitoring with min. 64 tags etc.

Grid Connection Box

63 A MCCB : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 63 A, 25 kA, FP MCCB with thermal release, pre-fabricated MS sheet steel enclosure with earthing terminals, phase barrier and lockable door.

125 A MCCB : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 125 A, 25 kA, FP MCCB with thermal release, pre-fabricated MS sheet steel enclosure with earthing terminals, phase barrier and lockable door.

Solar Powered 09 meter high mast with LED luminaires :- Supply, installation testing and commissioning of 09 meter height galvanized metallic pole structure along with four nos. of LED luminaires of each 60 watt, 6000 lumens output, efficacy ≥ 100 lm/w, IP 65 housing, CRI.>70%, 50000 burning hours life class, integrated driver with 2.5 kV surge protection, charge controller, solar grade tubular lead acid gel based 12V,300AH battery bank housed in powered coated acid & fire retardant grade weather proof box, mono-crystalline Si solar module, efficiency>18% , supporting hardware, mounting rings/brackets, internal power cabling, civil foundation with excavation etc. as per site requirement to complete the job. The high mast shall have auto charging of the connected batteries in hybrid mode. All items shall have un-conditional guarantee for two (2) years and quarterly maintenance shall be carried out during guarantee period. Internal power & control cabling, excavation in soil, civil foundation on ground, etc. as per site requirement for completion of job shall be in the scope of this item for bidders.

Manually Operated LT Change Over Switch :-Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of wall mounted manual operated On-load 4 Pole, 125A/25kA, 415V LT change over switch with powder coated MS sheet steel enclouser, associated hardware. Along with door and extended operator handle, accessories etc. complete Stencilling as per site. Other details as per detailed specifications.

In Ground: 4 Core 25/16 sq mm Aluminium armoured cable

On Wall/Trench/Above False Ceiling: 3.5 Core 70/50 sq mm Aluminium armoured XLPE cable.

On Wall/Trench/Above False Ceiling:4 Core 25/16/10/6 sqmm Aluminium armoured XLPE cable.

End Termination Of Power Cables: Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of cable end joints of following size: 3.5 Core 70/50 sq mm. Al. Ar. cable. End joint shall be done by Double compression gland.

Fabrication: Supply fabrication and installation of MS support, MS angle, channel etc. of various size with proper painting after primer coating. The fabrication as per the site requirement and instruction of the Engineer/Site-in -charge.

G.I. Strip/Wire :- Supply and Installation of 50X5/32X6/25X3mm size GI earth strip on roof/wall/parapet wall with all required fixing material.

Earthing Station : Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of galvanized iron plate (plate size 600X600X6.3 mm) and other required material as per IS : 3043 and our detailed specifications.

PVC Casing-N-Caping/ UPVC Conduit/Wiring/LAN Cabling/ Network Outlet:

Supply and fixing of PVC Casing -n-Capping /UPVC conduit of size 25 mm, along with accessories.

CAT-6 Cable: Supply, Installation,testing and commissioning of CAT-6 cable with termination at both end i.e. outlet and Racks. All the materials required to complete the work will be supplied by the contractor.

Network Outlet: RJ45 with box and plate.RJ45 shall be compatible with speed of CAT-6 cable.
