SPECIAL REPAIR TO ROADS, PATH, HARDSTANDING, ROAD FURNITURE AND PAINTING AT AJMER MIL STATION UNDER GE NASIRABAD

Scarifying or picking gravelled, exceeding 50 mm deep but not exceeding 100 mm deep on macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for WBM of avg 7.5 cm thick each (compacted thickness) incl necessary filling of dubbing out where required with coarse aggte of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size, spread rolled and consolidated to camber reqd (type of aggte) (limestone, sand stone, flint or quartzite) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bages to remove all loose dirt etc, unsurfaced water bound macadam complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a primer / tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 Sq mtr using cold type bitumenous primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam with paving bitumen not less than 4 % by weight laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bages to remove all loose dirt etc, black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a primer / tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 Sq mtr using cold type bitumenous primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dence concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content as in semi-dense asphaltic concrete binder content paving bitumen any penetration complete all as specified and directed. (Note Bitumen content exceeding 5.5 % shall not be paid for extra however less shall be adjusted in respective item. )

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Exavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum getting out in soft/lose soil returning, filling in and ramming earth in layers n.exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 1.65mm thick & 50-100 mm bore (outer dia 50.3mm-103.3mm) Stainless Steel pipe of schedule 5 S sign board complete all as specified and directed.

S&F informatory sign board in reqd size and each sign board made of two 4mm thick aluminium composite panel (ACP), both side face to fully covered with 3M scotchlite brand high intersity prismatic grade retro-reflective sheet shall be ASTM D 4956 Type IV in required colour. The retro-reflective sheet shall be processed on ACP by 3M equipment heat lamp vacum applicaror and letter, signs and symbol shall be cut by computerized plotter or digital printed on retro-reflective sheet with high quality eco-solvent digital Roland and fabricated out of high internsity prismatic grade sheeting with text matter (as reqd) and border of same sheeting. Signboard shall be supplied along with supported circular hollow stainless steel section frame of size 25mmx25mmx1.29mm thick along with proper clamping with same section of stainless steel and nut bolts/welding, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 70-80 mm thick sand stone kerb of roughly rectangular stones not less than of size- length 60 cm and width 30 cm , dressed so that the maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 6mm for top and exposed surfaces of sides and 20mm for the rest of surfaces jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and struck flush complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour cement concrete in foundation filling incl mass concreting PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 ( using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in bed blocks, copings, apex stones,side of interlocking tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade laid etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement concrete type B-1 75mm thick 1:2:4(20mm graded aggregate ) as in flooring complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Lime concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level and removing material from site complete all as specified and directed.
