SPL REPAIR TO BLDG NO 5 (10 NOS QTRS) OF HAVELOCK LINE UNDER GE (WEST) LUCKNOW

Demolition of brick work built in CM including all quions, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

(a) Taking down cement plaster and clean the floor or wall surface for treatment by removing dust, dirt and loose particles over the surface etc by mechanical means. (b) Providing and applying the water based silicon water repellent. It shall be mixed with water in brick work or concrete surfaces in 1:10 ratio or as per manufacturer's instruction. (c) Providing and applying one coat of modified cementitious bonding agent / water proofing coating treatment over the treated area of water repellent mixed with 1 part of cement and 1 part of Latex SBR/Bond SBR. (d) Providing & laying polymer, water proofing compound & fiber based ready mix plaster for rendering 10-12 mm thick on brick walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete as per manufacturer's instructions.

M & L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:3 ) on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement incl Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plastering , any descriptuon from brick wall including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing and removing serviceable tiles to store yard and rubbish off the primises as directed.

M &L for Non skid ceramic coloured floor tiles shade as approved and size 300 x 300mm x 7mm thick set on 15mm thick in screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) and pointed in neat cement slurry including jointing with white or colour cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic colour tiles of size 300 x450mm x 7mm thick on walls etc, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colours cement to match the colour of tiles as in skirting/dados over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean, washing down with water to remove dust etc including Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre
