Providing and fixing acoustic wall paneling work in multi-purpose hall of Shyam Lal College
Side / Rear walls at lower levels : Providing and fixing Absound Slated Wooden Acoustic panel/Grooved wooden slats in wall. The panels shall be Fire Resistant grade with melamine laminate lineal perforated finish of size 2430mm x 128mm/131/200 x 16mm with Toungue and Groove edges for seamless mounting having density of 800 kg/m3 & weight 12 kg/Sqmt having system NRC of 0.84. The back of the panels are perforated with 10mm diameter circular holes with a black acoustic felt covering back side of the panel for providing Sound absorption via the acoustic impedance method. Panel is to be fixed on 18mm GI / Aluminium framework with screw fixed horizontal / vertical to wall at every 600mm c/c with brackets in tongue & groove system. The cavity of framework should be inserted with polyster fibre of 1000 gsm density and 25mm thick with alongwith all accessaries and direction of college authority. The shade/colour of the panel should be as approved by the College Authority. (The panelling work should be well furnished and clean.)
Side / Rear walls at upper levels ceiling: Providing and supplying and fixing Fibril Glass Stoff acoustical wall paneling square edges made of fibre glass substrate 25mm thick and wrapped on the front side with fire retardent fabric as per EN13501 with an option of colors as per the choice of the College authority of size 1200X600 mm or as per approved by college authority.providing a minimum sound absorption level of 0.90 NRC to be affixed to wall using Wall panel impalers or construction adhesives backing with 8mm ply as per the instructions laid down by the manufacturer. (Note :- All types of required framing work like G.I. framing or ms pipe framing or wooden framing work for Fibril Glass Stoff acoustical wall paneling work is including with all types fixtures fastners, nut, bolt,sheet etc completed as per direction of the college authority.
