Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 15 mm dia.

Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 20 mm dia.

S&F in repair Vitreous China, pedestal pattern wash down water closet pan, white including fixing bolts, including flushing cistern,seat cover and flush pipe connection to drain pipe (or out going pipe) and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, etc complete all as specified and directed. Make : Hindustan sanitary ware STAR S Cat No 20087 OR Cera sanitary ware Cimberly with P or S trap as reqd at site.

S&F in repair vitreous china squtting pan "Orissa Pattern" size 580 x 440 mm in any coloured with integral foot rest including connection to trap, and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, etc. complete including making good to floor lime, 'S' trap and complete all as specified, fixed in repairs.including taking down all as specified.

Supply & fixed in repair PVC flushing cistern low level of capacity of 10 ltr, white, valve less symphonic action type complete with inlet ball valve float and handle or Push button type including brackets and fixed in repair complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair PVC connection 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450mm size complete all as spd and directed.

S&F in Repair CP angle valve/concealed stop cock of cast copper alloy (ISI Marked) chromium plated fancy type scrwed down high pressure with capstain head screwed both ends for iron pipe 15mm bore incl add if fixed in repairs complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar(1:6)on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cment mortar bedding (incl backing), removing the rubbish off the premises of MOD land complete all as specified.

M&L for 300x 600mm x 10mm thick Glazed coloured ceramic digital tiles in pattern or concept set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and incl 10mm thick rendering for backing of tiles in CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

M & L Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match inc Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes CM 1:4complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 25mm thick plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in sub floors complete.

Hacking out old broken glass any thickness size, quality or description from wooden/steel frames fixed with wooden beads/metal pinning and S&F 4 mm thick sheet glass in squares not exc 1.20 sqm in each pane fixed with wooden beads or putty (in metal frames etc), complete all as specified and directed.
