REPAIR/MAINT OF EARTHING WITH CONNECTED ELECT INSTALLATION ITEMS AT AEC TRG COLLEGE AND CENTRE PACHMARHI

Supply and fixing 32x6 mm Copper strip in short pieces on surface or in recess for all interconnecting with ceramic saperator/ spacer using suitable nut bolt complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for copper brazing (welding) at site to connect loop copper earthing strip of any size after tighten by nut, bolt , washer, checknuts of brass, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- copper brazing should be done upto 20 mtr height. Rate of necessary tool/plant and ladder required for working upto 20 mtr height shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted

Material and labour for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600 x600 x 6 mm burried directly in ground vertical to a depth not less then 2.25 mtr below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less then 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to GI strip 32 x 6mm by means of nuts bolts and washers including GI Protection pipe up to 7.5 mtr to be mentioned made out of galvanised iron and GI strip connected to earthing points including necessary excavation earth work PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate earth chamber 40mm thick RCC cover with PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate 20 mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, funnel, protection pipe, adiquate quantity of comman salt, charcoal ctc and connecting up to equipements complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Sch Part - 1 (2009) and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm burried directly in ground vertical to a depth not less then 2.25 mtr below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less then 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and wahers of galavanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified by means of nuts bolts and washers e including connected to earthing points including necessary excavation earth work PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate earth chamber 40mm thick RCC cover with PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate 20 mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, funnel, protection pipe, adiquate quantity of comman salt, charcoal ctc and connecting up to equipements complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Sch Part - 1 (2009) and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Air Termination single pointed alluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Alluminium strip 25x3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Earth continuity conductor or main earth lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in in conduit//pipe of fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. As required 4 mmdia galvanised iron or steel wire, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 32x6 mm galavanised iron strip in short pieces on surface or in recess for all interconnecting with ceramic saperator/ spacer using suitable nut bolt complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorous bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwd oncluding 3 nos 8 mm dia 25mm long heax head screw, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for earthing with electrode should be Copper Plate of size 90 x 60 x 5 cm inter connected with 50 X 6 mm copper strip of 3 meter with suitable brass nut bolts and brazing for lower resistance. Alternate layers of Soil & Curec+ or equilent (10 kgs bag x2 ) ; make as per IEEE 80 2000 ,Clause 14.5 D, Maintenance Free Earthing System to give Earthing Resistance value of ≤ 1Ω. The soil shall be mixed with backfill CURENITE or equilent (25-kgs x 2bags). Copper Electrode’s should be solid rod and surrounded with highly conductive and non corrosive nature (pH value certified) & covered with Poly plastic Earth Pit Cover in and including construction of PCC boundry with specified colour coding around the poly plastic pit cover . Further electrodes of GI pipe atleast 30mm dia shall be interconnected in parallel fashion incase low ohmage is not achievable.poly plasticc enclosure shall be provided. All certificates should be NABL LAB and CPRI certified, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
