Plastering with cement mortar 1:3; 20mm thick including supplying and mixing of water proofing compound of approved make at the rate of 2% (Two percent) by weight of cement or as specified by manufacturer including finishing smooth with a floating coat of neat cement, scaffolding, curing, etc., all complete at all lifts as per specification.
Repairs to external plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3, 20mm thick for Over Head Tank at all lifts (G + 15 stories) using Polymer modified cement repair mortar with water proofing compound at the rate specified by manufacturer and finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement including preparing the surface by hacking the surface for better adhesion, providing glass fibre mesh or chicken reinforcement, if any required, applying bond coat, filling/plastering with polymer modified repair mortar in layers using approved polymers, curing, etc., all complete as detailed below as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. a) Surface Preparation: Preparing the wall surface by chipping of unsound/ weak /loose plaster surface mortar with manual Chisel and/ or by mechanical means at all lifts including cutting/trimming of edges to provide firm vertical faces, making square shoulders of cavities, cleaning the exposed surface to make surface dust free, disposal of debris within 2 Km lead. b) Bond Coat: Applying SBR based bond coat of make MC Bauchemie (Naufufill-SBR) or FOSROC (Nitobond SBR) or FAB Chemical (Mixbond SBR) or Bostik (Boscocem 475) or Ultratech (Xtracrete). Mixing ratio of chemicals, consumption and application shall be as per manufacturer specifications. c) Application of repair mortar: Building up with polymer modified cement repair mortar of ratio 1:3 (1 part of cement : 3 parts of sand) and adding admixtures/ water proofing compound in recommended proportion of make MC Bauchemie (Naufufill-SBR) or FOSROC (Nitobond SBR) or FAB Chemical (Mixbond SBR) or Bostik (Boscocem 475) or Ultratech (Xtracrete). Mixing ratio of chemicals, consumption and application shall be as per manufacturer specifications (minimum 2% by wt. of cement shall be used). 6mm premium glass fibre of make Dugar & Co or Recron shall be mixed with Cement @ 60 gms of glass fibre per 50kgs of cement]
Supplying and fixing in position of Alkali resistance Glass fibre mesh (4-5mm square aperture with 145 gsm) over the joints of RCC and Brick work with cement paste before plastering as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing anti corrosive treatment to steel reinforcement by removing the rust from corroded reinforcement and applying anti-corrosive chemicals as details below including cleaning of reinforcement from rust to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover with paint brush, removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush, thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, applying anticorrosive coating, etc., all complete as per manufacturer specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. a) Rust removal: - Removing the loose rusted particle thoroughly from the corroded reinforcement by light tapping, wire brushing and using emery paper. Applying rust converter of make Dominator plus or Bostik (Bostokleen) or FAB Chemical (Mixcoat RP). b) Anticorrosive coating: - Application of anticorrosive coating (corrosion inhibitor) of make MC Bauchemie (Zentrifix KMH) or FAB Chemical (Mixcoat ZR) or Bostik (Bostik ZRP) or Ultratech (Bindcrete). Providing and laying Polymer modified self compacting micro concrete jacket for the structural members e.g. columns, pillars, piers, beams etc at all locations and all lifts using self compacting micro concrete of make Ultratech (Microcrete) or FAB Chemicals (Mixbuild MC) or BASF (MasterEmacoS346) having minimum characteristic compressive strength including preparing the dismantled concrete surface by hacking the surface for better adhesion, treating the exposed steel reinforcement using approved chemicals, providing additional reinforcement, if any required, applying bond coat, providing form work, preparation of micro concrete, filling with self compacting micro concrete in layers, curing, etc., all complete as detailed below as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and laying 1st quality Rectified (Jointless) Ceramic floor tiles (Glazed or Anti-skid) of size 300 x 300 mm or more confirming to IS : 15622 of KAJARIA (Approved concept of Digital Series) or SOMANY (Digital Series - Glasstra) or JOHNSON (Approved concept of Satin & Rustic / Glossy series) or other approved make in all colours, shades in Floors laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per Sq.m or by using Cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) or other approved tile adhesive including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., all complete as per specification.
Providing and fixing in position of white glazed vitreous chinaware European type water closet with 'P' or 'S' trap with or without vent of make "Parryware" or any other approved equivalent make including removing the existing damaged EWC pan and fixing the new EWC pan with necessary plugs, screws and packing the joints with cement mortar 1:1, jointing the pipe & Trap with EWC pan connector of "ASHIRWAD / PRINCE" or approved make, etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Supplying and fixing of Anti-microbial solid Seat cover of `PARRYWARE' make or equivalent approved make with ISI mark of white/ colour suitable for European Water Closet of make "PARRYWARE" including fixing clamps etc., all complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and inserting 12mm (± 2mm) dia Galvanized steel/ Aluminium injection nipple suitable to withstand high pressure grouting in honey comb area/weak/porous concrete including drilling of holes of required diametre (20mm to 30mm) up to depth from 30mm to 80mm at required spacing, making the hole dust free by blowing compressed air, sealing the sides of injection nipple with adhesive chemical of make MC Bauchemie (MC Fix-ST) or Bostik (Plug leak) or other approved make and allow it to cure, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing and injecting PU based injection grout of make MC Bauchemie (MC Inkjet 2700L) or other approved make in proportion as recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete by suitable two component injection gun/pump at required pressure including mixing of two component, injecting at specified pressure, cutting of nipples after curing, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note:- i) The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected. ii) Mixing ratio of chemicals, consumption and application shall be as per manufacturer specifications. iii) The treatment should be done by an agency specialized in the job having sufficient knowledge of grouting in concrete. iv) Cost of providing and fixing of injection nipples will be paid for separately under relevant item.
Replacing the existing IWC pan/Orissa pan by providing and fixing in position of approved make white glazed vitreous china ware ORISSAPAN WATER CLOSET of PARRYWARE or equivalent make with "S" or "P" trap with all jointing materials including removing the damaged IWC/Orissapan, chipping out the floor, concrete, brick wall, brick bat etc., making holes in masonry, fixing the new Orissapan, jointing the pipe and trap with Lip ring of PRINCE or approved make, reconstructing the same, encasing the pan and trap with brick jelly concrete 1:2:4 and back filling extra space with river sand/brick jelly concrete, including disposal of debris within a initial lead, cost of cement required for the work etc., all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer. Structurel steel repair including strengthening the ladder platform by providing new Steel work welded in built up sections and framed work at all lifts comprising Chequered plates, MS angles, other structural steel sections, etc., of TATA or SAIL or approved equivalent make including cutting, removing the damaged portion, welding, bending to shape, painting exposed faces with two component PU finish paint over epoxy primer coat of approved colour of make Asian paints PPG, embedding with Cement concrete, if necessary, etc., all complete as per specifications and drawings. Note: 1) The rate shall be inclusive of lifting arrangements if any required to hoist and concrete embedments for fixing the steel works. 2) 100 micron DFT of prime coat shall be applied using Two component High solids Epoxy coating of make Asian Paints PPG (Amerlock 400) or other approved equivalent make and 50 micron DFT of top coat shall be finished using Two components Acrylic Polyurethane coating of make Asian Paints PPG (Sigmadur 550) or other approved equivalent make.

Repairs over the spalling on concrete members by chipping and removing the damaged portion and plastering with CM 1:3 including cleaning the surfaces, applying rust converter of approved quality, filling the damaged portion with cement concrete wherever required, applying necessary approved quality bonding chemicals, finishing the surface in layers, curing, white washing two coats, disposing the debris within 2Kms lead etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Grouting the joints of existing tile flooring by using approved colour epoxy based tile grout of make Kerakoll (Fugalite® Eco) or other approved make including cleaning the tile joint, making the joit area dust free by blowing compressed air, mixing the hardener and mix as specified, filling/ grouting using required tools, finishing, cleaning the residual traces of grout over the tile surface, finishing complete as per manufacturer specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. [Note: Finished tile area will be measured for payment purpose]
Repairs to the wall and ceiling cracks by chipping and removing the damaged portion upto 20 to 30mm deep, 100 to 200mm wide and plastering with CM 1:3 including making grooves over cracks, grouting with cement slurry or approved crack filling compound of make MC Bauchemie (MC Crackfill) or other approved make, providing glass fibre mesh or chicken reinforcement over the area, applying SBR based bonding chemicals, finishing the surface, curing, disposing the debris at suitable places within 2Km lead etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Providing Painting of all type of newly plastered exposed surfaces at all heights over plain plaster with Two Coat of high performance luxury exterior emulsion paint of make Asian (APEX - Ultima Protek) / Berger (Weather coat Long Life 10) or other approved equivalent make of approved shade over a coat of exterior wall primer of make Asian (Smartcare Damp Sheath Exterior primer) / Berger (HS Dampstop Elasto) or other approved equivalent make including preparation of surfaces, curing etc., all complete as per specifications. Note:- 1) The samples should be got approved by the EIC before placing bulk order. 2) The contractor should give warranty for the finishes for a period not less than 10 years as specified in tender conditions from the date of completion of the work. 3) Tripartite Guarantee agreement between Department, Contractor and Manufacturer for 10 years period shall be submitted by the contractor in the approved format as per ANNEXURE-D of Part I Tender document. 4) 50% (Fifty percent) of security deposit will be retained as performance security for the guarantee period and the same will be released after successful completion of the guarantee period i.e., after Ten years to be reckoned from the date after the defect liability period prescribed in the contract. 5) Cost of scaffolding will be paid for separately under relevant item.

Note:- 1) The samples should be got approved by the EIC before placing bulk order. 2) Preparation of surface:- Preparing the surface by cleaning with high pressure water jet/ wire brush to ensure the surface free from dust, oil, grease, loose particles, micro biological growth etc., Small cracks upto 10mm shall be cleaned and filled with approved crack seal. Holes, damp area, unsounded substructure etc., should be repaired properly. 3) The contractor should give warranty for the finishes for a period not less than 10 years as specified in tender conditions from the date of completion of the work. 4) Tripartite Guarantee agreement between Department, Contractor and Manufacturere for 10 years period shall be submitted by the contractor in the approved format. 5) 50% (Fifty percent) of security deposit will be retained as performance security for the guarantee period and the same will be released after successful completion of the guarantee period i.e., after Ten years to be reckoned from the date after the defect liability period prescribed in the contract. 6) Cost of scaffolding and repairing the substructure excluding crack filling will be paid for separately under relevant item.

Painting all types of metal surface with Two coat of PU finish paint of make MRF (Metal coat) or other approved make over one coat of epoxy zinc phosphate primer of make MRF (Metal coat) or other approved make and using thinner 1110 Ep for epoxy primer and thinner for finish for metal coat paint including the cost of scrapping, remove the dust, preparation of surfaces, applying primer coat, applying metal paste wherever required, making surface smooth by sanding, applying two coat of PU finish paint, scaffolding etc., all complete at all lifts as per manufacturer instructions and specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing and fixing M10 expansion anchor fasteners of make Hilti or other approved make in RCC/ brick masonry at all lifts including drilling hole using hammer drilling or diamond core drilling, cleaning the hole using hand pump for blowing out dust, setting the anchor in position, checking the anchor setting, fixing the steel members with approved thickness of washer and nut, checking the installation, etc., complete all as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing in position of vertical ladders at all lifts made up of Aluminium profiles of approved length to suit the site requirement and width upto 450mm including fabricating using main aluminium channel of size 66 x 32 x 3.18mm or other approved size, interconnecting the main profiles, providing safety ring/cage if required, rubber bushes, fixing the ladder using suitable fasteners, all aluminium section shall be anodized with matt finish (15 micron thick) of approved shade/colour, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer In Charge. Note:- 1) Payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of the aluminium section/member fabricated without extra allowance for wastage; Also, no extra payment shall be made for non aluminium consumable items like screws, gaskets, rubber bushes etc. 2) The aluminium members shall be bent to shape as required and as directed by Engineer In Charge. 3) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of cost of all aluminium section/members, fixtures, anodizing, fixing, labours etc... required for the work. 4) MS clamp/EP if any required for fixing the ladder will be paid for separately under relevant item.
Numbering the houses by writing letters/ numbers/ symbols with enamel (Marker) paint of approved colour on the face of the wall/ Display Boards using templates and stencil cutting, including base painting, cost of materials, labours, scaffolding, applying wall care putty wherever required to making surface smooth, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer - In - Charge.

PVC grating with perforated holes on top, including chipping the existing floor concrete, exposing the damaged Nahani trap, removing the damaged trap, fixing new Nahani trap, embedding in cement concrete 1:2:4, forming circular holes by providing and fixing 110mm OD PVC pipes of required height upto floor level, jointing the outlet pipe, leveling and rendering smooth, making good the floor and wall etc., complete as per specifications. Note: 1) Rate shall include cost of PVC pipe and it shall not be paid extra. 2) Cost of floor finishes will be paid for separately under relevant item.
Providing and fixing PVC Multi Floor Trap of FINOLEX/PRINCE or approved equivalent make conforming to the relevant IS code, heavy quality of self cleaning design with 110mm internal dia and outlet 125mm dia. PVC grating with perforated holes on top, including embedding in cement concrete 1:2:4, forming circular holes by providing and fixing 110mm OD PVC pipes of required height upto floor level, levelling and rendering smooth, connecting the outlet and inlets, making good the floor and wall etc., complete as per specifications. (Note: Rate shall be inclusive of cost of PVC pipe and embedding PCC.)
Replacing the existing wornout the following internal dia gun metal full way gate valve of make "Leader" bearing ISI mark confirming to IS:778 for 20 Kg/sq.cm Hydraulic pressure with female ends, screwed bonnet, integral seat, non rising spindle class-I including removing the damaged gate valve, fixing the new valve, returning the retrived wornout gate valve to GSO Civil maintenance stores, etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer.

Dismantling of existing stainless steel pipe upto 100mm dia fixed at +40mtr level for elevation purpose including removal of associated fittings such as flanges, bends, and supports, cutting the sections, carefully lowering of pipe sections to ground level, shifting the dismantled materials to the GSO storage yard, ensuring safety precautions while lowering the sections, etc., all complete as per site conditions and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
