Scarifying or picking up gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces area n exc. 400 Sqm and depth exc. 50mm but not exc. 100mm, stacking the serviceable material at site and removing the surplus material n exc. 50m, complete all as specified

75mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregate of granite, trap or basalt stone of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated with power roller of 8 to 12 tonne to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified.

Repair to pot holes any depth not exc. 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, path etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying priming/tack coat with bituminous (Grade VG-10) @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm and laying bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder (VG-30) content by weight of total mix, prepared in hot mix plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces by mechanical paver and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Mixing to be carried out at Hot Mixing Plant and spreading by Mechanical paver.

Preparing existing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and providing evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer viscosity of bitumen grade VG-10 @ 5.0 Kg per 10 Sqm and laying bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder (VG-30) content by weight of total mix, prepared in hot mix plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces by mechanical paver and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Mixing to be carried out at Hot Mixing Plant and spreading by Mechanical paver.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged delinators with new metal guide post/ delinator, high performance, 02 Nos, 100mm dia reflectors of high reflection, made of PMMA and mounted on mild steel pipe of 50mm bore, duly powder coated, anti-rust and anti-theft steel net. Height not less than 800mm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Make: Mode No- DA 952 GP of Dark Eye/ Gunnebo/ Yash/ Green-lite. Note: Cost of PCC, M-10 (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) and earth work including excavation etc shall be deemed included in quoted rates.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged stud/cat eye, yellow colour, made of ABS material, having two high reflectors moulded in PMMA and welded with ABS plate tough ultrasonic welded process, dust and water replant, compact, highly impact resistance, fixing with nail/screws/fasteners/polymer adhesive to the road surface, after preparation and making even surface, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Make: Mode No- DA 972(P) of Dark Eye/ Gunnebo/ Yash/ Green-lite.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged solar road stud, made of aluminium alloy of size 125x125x25mm, solar powered by monocrystal solar panel, having one high capacity Ni-Cd rechargeable battery for power back upto 12 Hrs and 3Nos LEDs-010mm each side total 6 Nos, viewer distance 1000 mtrs, fixing with nail/screws/fasteners/polymer adhesive to the road surface, after preparation and making even surface, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Make: Mode No- DA 110 of Dark Eye/ Gunnebo/ Yash/ Green-lite.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged convex mirror 600mm complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Green lite/ dark eye/ sinor

Preparation new bituminous surfaces of road by scratching spots, oils, greasy spots etc and Painting lines, arrows, dashes, letters. etc on road pavements and the like, not exceeding 10cm wide by applying thermoplastic road marking paint , white or golden yellow colour as MORTH specification MOST 803.4 complete all as specified and as directed.
