AR and MO to DA Flats under NB-13 Model Town Delhi during 2026-27 (SH Providing Labour for Services Day to Day Maintenance of DA Flats)

Attending various day to day complaints the defects by deploying Plumber alongwith necessary T & P for changing / replacing / repairing the fitting and fixture of G.I. pipes lines, rain water pipes, soils, SW drain of any dia and maintenance of all services to upkeep the property etc. Complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge for all floor and levels. However all materials, fittings/ fixture etc. required shall be supplied by the department free of cost. The duty hours of Fitter shall be treated as 8 hours equal to one day job. (a) Plumber. (Note :- ESI @ 3.25% and EPF @ 12% employer share and 18% GST is included so nothing for ESI, EPF and GST will be reimbursed to contractor in future against this estimate.

Attending various day to day complaints of rectifying the defects by developing carpenter alongwith necessary T & P for joinery work such as repairing of doors, windows, cupboards, pelmets, fitting, section, windows, aluminium fixture and utilities, replacements of window glass panes, looking mirrors, glass selves, towels rods, towel rings, hooks, door closers, door springs, ply work, boards, panels, beadings, battens and bottom/ lock/ top rails and styles of doors , fitings etc., alll complete for all floor and levels. The required materials shall be issued by the department free of cost. The duty hours of carpenter shall be treated as 8 hours equal to one day job. (a) Carpenter. (Note :- ESI @ 3.25% and EPF @ 12% employer share and 18% GST is included so nothing for ESI, EPF and GST will be reimbursed to contractor in future against this estimate.

Attending various day to day complaints of rectifying the defects by deploying Mason alongwith necessary T & P by for all repairing of building and minor construction work such as brickwork, CC. R.C.C., plastering, fixing of door and windows etc. Complaint as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge for all floors and levels. (The requried material will be issued by the department free of cost). The duty hour of the Mason shall be treated as 8 hours equal to one day job. (a) Mason (Note :- ESI @ 3.25% and EPF @ 12% employer share and 18% GST is included so nothing for ESI, EPF and GST will be reimbursed to contractor in future against this estimate.

Attending various day to day complaints of rectifying the defects by deploying Sewerman along with necessary T & P by cleaning of blocked rain water pipes, soil/ waste pipe, gully traps, floor traps, house drains, SW drains of any dia, manholes, road gully chambers etc. including removal of malba such as grit, kankar, rubbish, etc. Complete as per the direction of the Engineer-In -Charge for all floors and levels. The required materials shall be issued by the department free of cost. The duty hours of Sewerman shall be treated as 8 hours equal to one day job.(The contractor will ensure that Sewer man will not enter in manhole at all to open the blockage. In case blockage in Sewer line adequate mechanical system shall be adopted to avoid any harmto life.) (a) Sewerman. (Note :- ESI @ 3.25% and EPF @ 12% employer share and 18% GST is included so nothing for ESI, EPF and GST will be reimbursed to contractor in future against this estimate.

Providing services of unskilled labours for necessary assistance to Mason/ Fitter/ Carpenter/ Sewerman etc. for timely safe and successful operation of the jobs of Mason/ Fitter/ Sewerman/ Carpenter etc. as per work requirement. The duty hours of unskilled labour shall be treated as 8 hours equal to one day job.(a) Beldar (Note :- ESI @ 3.25% and EPF @ 12% employer share and 18% GST is included so nothing for ESI, EPF and GST will be reimbursed to contractor in future against this estimate.

Providing services of person for noting the complaints & distribution of the same to the concerned workers & maintaining the records of complaints register, worker diary etc. comlete for the working days from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. in a month complete as per satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (a) Enquiry clerk (Note :- ESI @ 3.25% and EPF @ 12% employer share and 18% GST is included so nothing for ESI, EPF and GST will be reimbursed to contractor in future against this estimate.

Welding by electric welding machine i/c welding rods, etc. transportation to site all floors with generator for day-to-day comprehensive maintenance of various complaint pertaining to the Sub-Division NB-13 Model Town, Delhi, to weld broken grills, hinges of doors & windows, gates, railings, security doors & MS sheet garage doors etc. fitting matching with existing one and any other steel work in flats, offices, parks, boundary walls etc. to make functional complete in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (One job mean 8 hour's duty) excluding cost of material. (a) Welder

Providing services of Sweeper for sweeping of Roads, pavements, footpath and open space of backside of block of DA Flat Model Town i/c cleaning & collecting of garbage, Malba, dry leaves etc. with necessary T&P like broom, rickshaw gaiti, belcha, reddy required for cleaning & collecting and disposal in the MCD dustbin and as per required by Engineer-in-Charge (One job mean 8 hour's duty) (a) Sweeper (Note :- ESI @ 3.25% and EPF @ 12% employer share and 18% GST is included so nothing for ESI, EPF and GST will be reimbursed to contractor in future against this estimate.
