Removal of Excavated Excess Earth away from the site to 5K.M including loading and transportation charges etc, complete as per standard specification. For 1M3

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one cement four sand eight metal) mix using 20mm size ISS guage HBG Metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site from approved quarry excluding cost and conveyance and fabrication of steel but including cost of cement which will be procured by the contractor at his own arrangements including conveyance of cement to the work site and handling charges etc., for the same at both ends including labour charges for mixing, laying compacting watering and` curing with all leads and lifts for good soft potable water and including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification.

Vibrated Cement Concrete M20 (Design mix) using 20 mm ISS HBG graded metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and cement at site excluding cost and fabrication of steel but form work and centering soft water labour charges for mixing, transporting, placing in position, vibrating and compacting finishing and curing concrete, working at heights, hire charges for Hire charges for Tools and plants, including all other incidental charges, etc., complete as per standard specifications for CC Pavement

Providing and fixing Bitumen Pad for Expansion joint in between pavement slabs to 12mm thick and fixed as shown in the drawing including cost and conveyence of expansion joints including shalimar pad and joint sealent etc, complete as per standard specification

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports For plane surfaces such as rectangular or square RCC columns etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets made of 10 gauge thick welded with MS angle size 40mm x 40mm x 5 mm and supported by Steel Adjustable Telescopic Props of Size 2m x 2m (expandable upto 3.60m) made with outer steel pipe with dia 50mm (3.60mm thick) and inner steel pipe with dia 40mm (2.90mm thick).etc..complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two fine aggregates and four coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4 (One Part of Cement and Four part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) 20mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc, complete complying with standard specifications (S.I.309).

Suppling and fabricating and placing in position MS (or) R.T.S. bar for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors.

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5 :3 (one cement, one and half M.sand & three course aggregate) using 20mm gauge hand broken/ and broken granite stone for all RCC items of works excluding centering shuttering and cost of reinforcement but including curing etc.,complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in rcc works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.
