Taking down/out loose & damaged concrete/cement plaster from soffits of ceilings, floor/roof slabs, vertical surfaces of columns, beams etc., including exposing and removing rust from the reinforcement by rubbing with wire brush and removal of debris to a distance n. exc. 100 mtr and depositing where directed

M&L for gunniting exposed concrete surfaces of beam, column and slabs with one layer of conplast spray set modified concrete in proportion (50Kg cement 3 to 6mm granite chips 75 kg zonal sand 75 kg and complast 2% by weight of cement to the following locations :-

40 mm thick in columns

30 mm thick in beams

S&F hard drawn steel wire fabric cut to length bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia not exc. 4 Kg/sqm.

M&L Bonding the entire exposed surface with one coat of fosroc Nitop bond SBR as per manufacturer insltructions over whire fabric and surfaces of concrete structure

Supply only water proofing compound

M&L Dismantling Single layer Mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing embedded in cement mortar as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

Providing 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) mixed with 3% integral water proofing compound over roof top surface finished to even & smooth w/o using extra cement. Note :- Integral water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately

M&L for preparation of surface with wire brush and remove loose particle & laitance, wash with clean water, damaged or hollow portion, sharp edges etc. must be cut and removed till the morther slab. Fillig the cracks and damaged portion with polymer mortar and allow it to cure for 24 hrs. Apply two coats of acrylic polymer based flexible cementitious elastomeric (Dr Fixit New coat / conipur M-800 BASF/ Brush bond of Fosroc brand/ equivalent of Sika/Cico/mc-bauchemie) membrane of about 1 to 1.5 mm dry film thickness over a coat of primer as per manufacturer's instruction over roof slab etc and as per manufacturer's specifications. Note: - Water proofing treatment shall be carried out through authorized applicator of manufacturer.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls,ceilings etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on concrete solid block walls in two coats first coat of 10 mm in CM 1:4 & 2nd coat of 5mm in CM 1:4 mixed with 3% integral water proofing compound finished to even & smooth w/o using extra cement. Note :- Integral water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately.

M&L complete removal of existing treatment and Preparing old plastered ceiling surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over chalk whiting, on plastered surfaces, preparatory to distempering, after applying 3mm thick wall care putty on ceiling.

M&L Preparation of Old/new plastered surface and applying two coats of weather proof high glove antifungal paint on external surface with suitable primer
