Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) cement concrete (un reinforced) etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismanting floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing rubbiesh off the premisses complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m vide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc and gettting out in hard dense soil

M & L Plain cement concrete Type D2 1;4:8 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling mass concrete

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) masonry with solid block exc 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6

M&L PCC 1:3:6 C2 (40 mm graded aggregated) 100 mm thick for paving sub base path/hard standing etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for heavy duty vitrified tiles of size 300 x 300 x 8 to 10 mm thick or high dimension (except thickness ) of any colour any design durastone weather proof impact resistant abrasion resistan exterior tiles as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and pointedc in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Machine pressed precast & pre polished concrete interlocking paver laock any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and igment etc completed all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1: 6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in cement plaster 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surface etc completed all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for two coats of cement base paint over newly plastered wall surfaes including preparation complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated materials n.exc 50 M and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 M above the starting point.

Returning filling including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in hard and dense soil .

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauges thickness incl nanital or similar pattern roof converings.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors gates but exclding framed truss etc complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling boarding or any description fixed in any position with nails/screws

Excavation post holes or similar holes each not exceeding 0.5 Cum getting out in hard/dense soil returing filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixied with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface.

Cutting holes cutting holes exc half brick but not exc one brick in stone walls built in C:M or in cement lime mortar for inserting holdrasts & making good dismantled postion in CM (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) TYPE bv-I as required

M&L PCC in foundation filling and mass concrete type C2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate

S & F MS steel work in tubular/post/trusses/purlin including special shaped washer base and bed plate cleat nut and bolt etc complete using but welded tubes confirming to IS 1161-1979 graded St 240 complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F plates plain channels square cut or notched (ordinay and counter sunk) forming holes without any attachement FE-410-W (Gde E-250) quality B all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for purpose made mild steel bolt 75 mm long 12 mm dia with hexgonal or square haed one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed in to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing new steel/iron surfaces of any description exc 10 cm width or grith and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of redoxide primer

S&F pre painted galvalume aluminium zine coating GI Bsed corrugaed steel sheet 0.50 mm thck of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mps as in foof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Items No 24 here in before but as in ridge

S&F aluminium composite panel sheet of 3 to 4 mm thick as in wall cladding & false fixed on aluminium frame work with palstic strips (double sided sticker) of suitable size of varying thickness of 10 mm to 30 mm including aluminium frame work applying adhesive over aluminium sections for fixing composite panel and fixed with screws. the joints of panel shall be filled with weather proof sealant the board shall be stuck with a layer of any colour high intensity reflective garded polymer sticker installed using epoxy adhesive complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
