| 1.00Scope of Work/Technical Specifications etc 1. Ensure proper functioning of central lubrication system (CLS) under contract with reference to cleaning, overhauling & replacement of CLS components & accessories under the contract in case of Rectification/replacement of tubes & hoses related to CLS in case of leakages/damages. 2. Ensure working of all sub parts of lubrication system such as grease pump, Injectors, pressure switch. 3. Lubrication of all manual points as per as per lubrication chart of machine such as output shaft, drive shaft etc. 4. Filling up of grease tank on as and when required basis. 5. Spare parts planning for procurement of spares in advance to keep the CLS in running & reliable. 6. Keeping records of individual system/equipment parameters of lubrication system as per OEM. 7. Grease & all related spares, crane, electricity, welding facility shall be provided departmentally. 8. Required tools and tackles shall be provided by the contractor. 9. The job is to be allocated for a period of 730 days (02 Year). Note: Maximum requirement of manpower will be - 1. Skilled Fitter - 01 no. per shift per day for 730days. 2. Un-Skilled Fitter - 01 no. per shift per day for 730days. Minimum desired qualification of manpower to be deployed: - Skilled Fitter: • Should have experience of repairing of auto lubrication system of HEMMs. • Should have ITI certification. | ||||
