SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-I (Special Repair of Road)

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straingt run bitumen of grade VG- 10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with manually/mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, incl cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specification on bituminous surface @ 0.50 kg/sqm

2.5 cm premix carpet surfacing with 1.8 cum and 0.90 cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm size respectively per 100 sqm and 52 kg of hot bitumen per cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm size respectively, inclding a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen, including consolidation with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne capacity etc. complete (tack coat to be paid for separately) with paving Asphalt grade VG-10 heated and then mixed with slovent at the rate of 70 grams per kg of asphalt.

Painting road surface marking with adequate nos of coats to give uniform finish with ready mixed road marking paint conforming to IS : 164, on bituminous surface in white/yellow shade, including cleaning the surface of all dirt, scales, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete on new work (Two or more coats).

Providing and fixing post delineators made of ABS round body fitted with 2 nos 100 mm dia high reflective reflectors and mounted on MS pipe of 65 mm dia duly powder coated anti-rust and anti theft steel to be installed as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Road stud/raised pavement/cat's eyes (90X110X17) both sidereflector to be installed as per direction of Engr-in-charge

Supply , laying , spreading and compacting stone aggregate of 90 mm to 45 mm size stone aggregate to WBM specifications including spreading in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road/vibratory roller 8-10 tonne in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density

2.5 cm premix carpet surfaccing with 2.25 cum and 1.12 cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm size respectively per 100 sqm. And 52 kg. And 56 kg. Of hot bitumen per cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm size respectively including a tack coat asper drg No. 28 Sect/Engr/036 sht No 1/1 with hot straight run bitumen including consolidation with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne capacity etc. complete , with paving Asphalt 80/100 heated and then mixed with solvent at the rate of 70 grams per kg of asphalt

Providing and applying tack coat on WBM surface @ 0.75 Kg/Sqm using hot straight run bitumen of grade 80/100 including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface.

SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-I (Retaining Wall)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed in all kinds of soil

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m in all kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of grade 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in wall foundation.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in retaining walls, including attached pilasters, coping, bed blocks, etc. excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for coping and PCC drain of retaining wall.

Raised and cut pointing pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 fine sand).

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring etc.

75 mm thick back filling for pitching including supplying of required materials and consolidation etc. complete with Stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in retaining walls, including attached pilasters, drain, coping, bed blocks, etc. excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing.

Material and labour for 12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand).

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m in all kinds of soil.
