Dismantling the 250 KVA Jyoti Ltd. Make alternator coupled with Cummins-engine and attending servicing of 250 KVA Jyoti alternator, by dismantling the rotor and stator check the drive end and non drive and bearing Rewinding of main stator and rotor with appropriate size of copper wire and replacement of damaged diodes, rectifiers, insulator, hardware and refixing the same in the original position, testing, alignment with main engine complete etc. as directed by Engineering-in-charge. Including cost5 of all materials, lobour cost, Machining charges, transportation charges, tools & plants, GST port formalities etc., complete replacing of bearing if required and cleaning the stator and rotor with the approved brand of cleaning agent, heating the same to remove moisture and other impurities from winding. Applying class H insulator, varnish, sleeves wherever required, replacing the AVR (make: ALTEX AXOI/suitable reputed make) damaged wires to AVR &damaged wires from rotor for excitor circuits, power circuits etc., as per requirement including trial run and performance test including cost of all materials, labour cost, transportation charges, tool & plants, GST, port formalities etc., complete upto the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge
