Taking down cement plaster of any description in any position incl racking out joints making for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debris from site all as specified and directed. Note :- The work shall be executed up to G+8th floor Height

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortor 1:4 on brick/ concrete surfaces with water proofing compound and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified directed. Note :- The work shall be executed up to G+8th floor Height

Supply only liquid water proofing compound and to mixed as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified.

M&L for Rendering 5mm thick with water proofing compound in cement mortar 1:3 on fare faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement in ceiling/ Chajjas complete all as specified. Note :- The work shall be executed up to G+8th floor Height

M & L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The work shall be executed up to G+8th floor Height

M & L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of Ceilings/Chajjas/roof projections and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The work shall be executed up to G+8th floor Height

M & L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls/Ceilings/Roof projections and applying two coats of weather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of white cement primer complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The work shall be executed up to G+8th floor Height

Preparation external wall/ceiling/Roof projection surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment of walls/ceilings for multi storey (G+8) buildings by mechanised sander of Asian Paints or equivalent as per list of makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible and applying a layer of 1mm thick wall care putty, again sand papering thus making surface smooth and applying two coats of weather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint premium quality on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : 1. The work will be also executed upto eight storied bldgs and necessary T&P, scaffoling is included in Quoted rates. 2.Cleaning/washing and dusting of floor/wall/door/window/fittings and fixture to be carried out by contractor before handover the site
