Regular Operation related works in DM & RO Plant Chemical laboratory cooling water treatment system for a period from the date of commencement up to 30.09.2021

Regular unloading of 33% concentrated Hydrochloric Acid (or) 48% concentrated Caustic Soda Lye (or) 98% Sulphuric Acid and collection of Sample from the Tanker for checking specific gravity and concentration before unloading.

Regular transferring of 33% concentrated Hydrochloric Acid(or) 48% concentrated Caustic Soda Lye from the Bulk Storage Tank to its respective measuring Tank, diluted with Water and stirring well with agitator for the regeneration of ion exchanger beds and for operating the ion Exchanger regeneration line valves and for collecting samples during the regeneration.

Regular starting (or) stopping operation related works of (a) ion exchanger beds

(b) potable water systems

(c) RO Plant System.

Regular and periodical collection of Water samples from (a) ion exchanger beds

b) RO Plant systems for routine analysis.

a).Regular transferring of required quantity of Morpholine / Poly Electrolyte / 33% Hydrochloric Acid / Sodium meta bisulphate / Antiscalent / Sodium Hypochloride, Caustic soda Lye from its container, adding into its respective dosing tank, diluting well with water and stirring well with agitator for the dosing at DM Plant and RO Plant.

b).Regular transferring of required quantity of cooling water dosing chemical of antiscalant corrosion inhibitor and oxidizing biocides taken from its container,adding into its respective dosing tank diluting with water and stirring well for the cooling water system,

Regular starting and stopping operation related works of Blower for the proper neutralization of Regenerate water and RO reject Water collected at neutralization pit and collection of sample from N.Pit for testing before starting the disposal pump.

Regular collection of required quantity of Ammonia – Hydrazine Hydrate, Tri Sodium Phosphate, adding into its respective preparation tank diluting with Water, stirring well with agitator and then transferring the solution to its dosing tank for the dosing of Feed Water and Boiler drums.

Regular and periodic collection of Water samples from DM Tanks and condensate, Boiler feed Drums,saturated and main Steam of HP, IP and LP for routing analysis.

Regular transferring of 98% concentrated sulphuric acid from Bulk storage tank to its measuring tank for the dosing of Cooling Water and starting and stopping operation of Sulphuric Acid dosing pumps.

Regular starting and stopping operation related works of Cooling Water chlorination Plant and collection of samples from a)CT recirculation Water, Ct Make up Water and Raw Water reservoir for routing analysis.

b) Raw Water Chlorination for checking the Free chlorine.

Regular and periodical collection of oil samples from Lube oil tank of Gas Booster Compressor, Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine Generator (or) collection of Water sample from shallow Bore wells, Deep Bore wells and effluent treatment plant for analysis.

Regular washing ,adding with chemicals of sodium hypo chloride, Hydrochloric acid and caustic soda Lye in Dilution Tank and transfer to UF membrane for chemical cleaning process carried out for ultra filter membrane.
