Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) with all leads and lifts carriage complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) with all leads and lifts carriage complete

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:

Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls Above 20 cm wide

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) with all leads and lifts carriage complete.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Hand-packing stones in wire-crates of mechanical woven double and twisted , hexagonal wire mesh gabion zinc coated mesh type 100 x120mm mesh wiere dia 2.70mm salvage wire dia 3040mm lacing wire dia 2.20mm ( as per national / international standards crate size 6 x1.2 x1.2mtr including cost of crates and stones with all leads and lifts carriage complete.

Engaging of JCB for general upkeeping, demolishing of old culvert and various works at site as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Engaging of labour for various works at site as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Provision for inaguration of the scheme by way of fixing sign boards/writing and other allied items as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge ( Complete Job )
