PETTY REPAIR TO INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION AND ALLIED SERVICES OF UNIT OTM BUILDINGS UNDER GE (WEST) MATHURA

Attending day to day / petty nature of E/M complaints with essential services recorded/ lodged by the users by electronic media/ ARMAN or in complaint register or received telephonically in respect to repair/rectification of fault in electric light fittings/fixtures, MCB DB's, MCB's/MCCB's of any amps, internal wiring in LT Panel, socket point 5A/15A, fan point, fixture and rectify the faults and replacement of unsv any type of fitting/fixture, bakelite sheet, hanging/taking down of ceiling fans including minor repair, restore the electric supply and making the points/accessories serviceable with replacement of any minor parts like small length of wires and other connected minor accessories including cutting of existing bakelite sheet to accommodate new wiring accessories and to check and removal of any current leakage in service connection /submains of house, repair to building security lights etc in area complete all as specified and directed.

Cont/- Note:- (a) The persons deployed should posses good knowledge in internal electrification in respective trades. (b) Complaints of urgent nature/current leakage which affects internal electrical system to a particular area including sunday / holiday immediately. (c) Complaints of normal nature will be attended within 24 hours of complaint lodged. (d) Nature of complaints urgent or normal shall be decided by in the Engr-in-Charge. (e) Contractor has to be deputed 02 Nos Electrician and 02 Nos helper and should be made available from 8:30 Hours to 17:30 Hours. The cost of this effect is deemed to be included in quoted rate. (e) If the contractor fails to attend the complaints of normal nature within 24 hrs and urgent nature within 2 hrs, he shall be lavied panelty Rs 500/- per complaint per day. If person deployed absent, panelty of Rs. 800/- Per day panelty will be imposed.

Taking down surface / concealed copper / aluminium point wiring (light,bell,fan,socket or power) complete, including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, lamp holders, pendants, sockets, regulators,tubelight fittings etc and making good disturbed surfaces with plaster on walls, floors etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for concealed type point wiring for light/fan with 1.5sq mm FR-LSH PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade, conforming to IS 694 including 1.5 Sq mm FR-LSH PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor wire as earth continuity conductor drawn through and including medium grade PVC rigid conduit not less than 20 mm dia with its accessories, galvanized pressed steel terminal boxes of thickness not less than 1.2 mm including 3mm thick laminated sheet cover with brass machine screw, washer, lugs for earthing etc and slot cutting in sheet for fixing switches/ socket/regulators etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) On RCC ceiling/column, false ceilling, AC/Metallic Sheet ceilling wiring to be done on surface with conduit/PVC casing capping and its accessories or in existing recessed conduit. (ii)The quoted rate is deemed to be included for the cutting & chasing. (iii) Cutting chases on wall for concealed the conduit shall be made good using CM 1:4 and surface finished to match the existing surface & colour and rate is deemed to be included. (iv) Maximum 08 nos of light/fan/bell points (not more than 2x6A sockets ) will have to be provided in each circuit from main MCB DB & Only 01 power point (Socket-outlets, 16 A) will have to be provided in each circuit from main MCB DB.

All as per item No 3.00 (here-in-before) but for one light point controlled by two way switchs complete all as specified and directed.
