Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of cables & foundation of poles , stay assembly and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 m wide and exc. 1.50 m in depth but not exc 3.0 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer ,complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point ,complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for dry sand cushioning to underground cables with 8cm thick before laying of cables and 15cm thick after laying and stretching of cable and gentally hand ramming and consolidation etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness of sand shall be measured 18 cm thick after punning.

M & L for old size sub class ‘B’ bricks, laid in trenches as cable covers / protection complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for horizontal boring mechanically across the existing road without disturbing the road surface for inserting 80/40 mm bore GI pipe all complete all as specified and as directed by EIC. ( Note :- GI pipe will be measured and paid respective item of sch'A').

Supply and fixing in repair of GI tubing, light grade, 40 mm bore with all fitting lais in trenches / pole / wall for protection of cables complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of GI tubing, light grade, 80 mm bore with all fitting laid in trenches / pole / wall for protection of cables complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour 50mm thick sand cushioning filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Taking down and refixing of Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS: 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment complete.

S & F MS Galvanised chain link fencing 3.40 mm dia & 100X100 mesh including line wires weight n.exc. 4.00 Kg/Sqm.

M & L for Machine pressed precast glazed colour reflective PCC interlocking paver block 60 mm thick mixed with grey cementand pigment laid dry and bedded on sand cushion complete all as specified and directed. The pattern of paver block shall be approved by GE . Note: Payment of sand cushion shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for plain cement concrete, 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in copings to poles & the like, etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erecting steel tubular pole, swaged, complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washer and screws including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to portion embedded in PCC including numbering of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paints, type 410-SP-31 (9 meter long) complete, Including disconnecting and taking out old damage PCC pole all as directed. Note Excavation & Earth work and PCC foundation/base shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this BoQ.

Supply, fixing and stringing ACSR conductor of any size from LT over head line as directed including fixing to insulators with proper size of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out broken serviceable ACSR conductor from existing poles / dismantled poles / pole structures of any size from LT over head line as directed and keep in safe custody for re-use if found serviseable complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only and stringing ACSR conductor of any size to LT over head line as directed including fixing to insulators with proper size of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- ACSR conductor obtained under item No-16 shall be re-used.

M & L for Restraining of LT over head line single ACSR conductor comprising of any size of conductor aluminium/copper/GI after opening binding wire from insulators and replace binding wire and achieved permissible sag limit of over head line conductor complete all as directed and specified. Note - Rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to included for cutting/trimming of tree branches wherever touching the over headline around one metre clear of over head line and removing trimmed branches as directed. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Dismentling of old unserviceable earth wire or distributor span, cardle guard etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and straining GI earth wire of 4 MM dia on over head line 9 M pole maintaing proper sag as per IE rule complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in repair Cardles, Hexagonal / Rectangular, fabricated with galvanised steel wire 4 MM dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI stay wire of 7/4 SWG upto required length including taking out and u/s GI stay wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel galvanised stay assembly set complete comprising of 14mm dia, 400mm long stay bow, 2150mm long stay rod 20mm dia, 300mm x 300mm x 6mm stay plate, thimble, all as shown in electrical plate No.1 of MES Schedule part-I 2009 complete including dismantling and taking out old damaged stay complete all as directed. Note :- PCC , earth work and Insulators etc shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for Cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plate, fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as directed including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as directed .

Dismantling and taking out servicable cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates from existing poles / dismantled poles / pole structures complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates of any size to LT over head line as directed including fixing accessories complete with suitable size complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates are obtained under item No-28 shall be re-used.

S&F Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enameled white with letter figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fix with MS clamp for LT size 20 X 15 Cm fix in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour LT Cable rout indicator made out of PCC Post of 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate of size not less than 20 x 15 cm and one meter height with making embossing the following letters of size 100 mm in the PCC Post " LT CABLE with ARROW" including necessary excavation and PCC 1:2:4 (30 X 30 x 30 CM ) for embeding in the ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out servicable insulators of any size and any type from existing poles / dismantled poles / pole structures complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only insulator of any size and any type to LT over head line as directe including fixing accessories complete with suitable sizecomplete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Insulators are obtained under item No. 32 shall be re-used

S & F Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator, 100mm height, 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washer and one galvanised iron nut complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Shackle type insulator from LT overhead line and S&F new Shackle type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulators 100mm dia and 115 mm height for working pressure 1100 volts including galvanised mild steel strap 31 x 3mm size, washers, 14mm dia insulator bolts, washers & nuts complete all as specified and directed.

M& L loop type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator, 65 x 90 mm , clearence of hole 16 mm for 1100 volts grade including fixed in repairs complete.

Cutting & trimming tree branches along LT over head lines after taking all precautions while working on lines such as taking shut down , safety equipments etc . and clearing of area and removing the same from site to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Contractor shall be responsible for cutting of grith of tree branches upto 50 mm dia with the grith of tree branches above 50 mm dia & rate shall be deemed to be unit quated rate.

Cutting of grass, at sub stations / EM Istallations and surrounding areas etc complete or when and where directed and removing the same from site to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr complete and spreading of bleaching powdeer at the rate 1 kg/1o sq metre for stop the abnomal grouth of grass complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing four pole changeover switch disconector with advance neutral 415 volt 50 Hz 200 amps in sheet steel enclosure and Conforming to IS / IEC : 60947 - 3 including dismantling old u/s changeover switch disconnector complete all as directed. Make - L & T /Siemens/Schneider.

M & L for Painting of steel pole 9/11 metre height with cross arms, clamp of any length and shape for LT overhead line with single coat of aluminium paint including preparation of the existing surface including marking pole numbers in a 20 cm dia yellow circle & marking six black & four yellow bends width 15 cm by fluorescent paint, from bottom of pole to 1.5 Mtr height and providng three nos of Red ,Yellow & Blue of reflecting strip of 25 mm width adhesive PVC tape around the pole at suitable height complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old Un used /Damage LT PCC / Steel pole PCC including excavation retureing filling & breaking of PCC foundation & deposited to complete all as directed as directed.

M & L for Earthing to OH/Sub stn with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to main earth lead 32 x 6 mm galvanised iron strip dia by means of bolts, nut, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of MES Schedule pt-I 2009, GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm protected by GI pipe 40mm dia light grade and connected to earth test point including excavation in any type of soil,returning filling, disposal of soil, providing charcoal dust and common salt upto top edge of earth plate, construction of PCC pit with RCC cover, funnel, watering pipe of 20mm dia GI light grade and provision of earth test point including testing on completion complete.

Supply and fixing in repair for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of 32 x 6 mm galvanized iron strip, buried in ground or fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up underground unservicable cable of any size from existing trench including bricks, etc and removing of materials from work site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing in trenches or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured LT electric power under ground cables, heavy duty with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 150 sqmm 3.5 core with all fixing & connecting accessories such as Alluminium cable lugs, cable gland, nut, bolts, washer etc complete as specified and as directed. (NOTE: Earthwork & Excavation, GI pipe brick protection etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule 'A' part).

Supply and fixing MCCB adjustable thermal magnetic release type, 4 poles, 415 Volts, Lcu = 100% Ics, 36 KA breaking capacity of rating 160-200 Amps including all fixing accessories with both ends spreader links and disconnecting and taking out old U/S MCCB complete all as directed. Make -Simence / Legrand / L&T.

Supply and fixing MCCB adjustable thermal magnetic release type, 4 poles, 415 Volts, Lcu = 100% Ics, 36 KA breaking capacity of rating 100-125 Amps including all fixing accessories with both ends spreader links and disconnecting and taking out old U/S MCCB complete all as directed. Make -Simence / Legrand / L&T. NOTE FOR ITEM NO -54 TO 58 :- MCCB shall be replaced as per existing frame size and model as per requirement of site.

Supply, fixing and testing of heat shrink LT cable straight through jointing kit suitable for 1100 volts grade 120 to 70 sqmm 3.5 core cable complete all as specified and as directed Make : Raychem / 3M / Denson.
