Hiring of derrick arrangement

Withdrawing the damaged 5/7.5/10/12.5 HP pump motor set along with coloumn pipe assembly from said T/W by proper lifting arrangement with derrick arrangement after disconnection of power line and delivery line.

Lowering the dept.supplied 5/7.5/10/12.5 HP pump motor set at said T/W by proper lowering arrangement with derrick arrangement including joining the cable end making all connection complete.

Carrying damaged 5/7.5/10/12.5 HP pump-motor set from the P/H to deptt store including loading and unloading at both ends all complete.

1.1 KV grade 4 sq.mm x 3 Core water proof flat submersible cable

25 mm dia Nylon rope

3 mtr long 80mm dia UPVC column pipe [Cream colour] with both side threaded and one end side socketed with registered KPMG.

1.5 mtr long 80mm dia UPVC column pipe [Cream colour] with both side threaded and one end side socketed with registered KPMG.

80mm dia CI top & bottom adopter

80 mm dia x 150 mm long GI short piece -1 no. and 65 mm dia x 80 mm dia GI enlarger - 1 no.

Supply & Delivery at site of 100 Amps 415 V TPN rewireable type switch fuse unit 4 Nos and 100 amps 415 V 4 pole changeover swich ( side handle ) 4 Nos as per direction ( Make- Approved vendor of PHED)

Supply & Delivery at site of 63 amps 4 pole 415 volt with braking capacity 50 KA MCCB with adjustable overload & short circuit protection including enclosure.

Supply & delivery of pressure gauge 150 mm dia (0-7 Kg / Sq cm] brass cock and fitting complete [ This cost includes 15 mm dia G.I pipes and specials]

Supply & delivery of Submersible pumping machinery directly coupled with water proof suitable size motor having following specification:

Pump Duty condition-24 M3/hr Head- 56 Mtr Shaft-stainless steel Impeller- S.S/ Bronze Outlet Size: 50 mm. Motor submersible type 3 Ph , 50Hz, 415 Volt ± 10% 2900 RPM=5 HP Motor must be suitable for operation with star Delta starter. Make -KSB/ Texmo/ Pluga/BG/Any approved vendor of PHED

Supply & fitting fixing of 18w LED tube light including electrical connection complete

Carrying damaged 5/7.5/10/12.5 HP pump-motor set from deptt store to Kolkata workshop including loading and unloading at both ends all complete.

Dismentling the damaged pump motor set at workshop for necessary repairing of the same.

Supply of following spares for pump.

Shaft sleeve (SS)

Suction cage bush (GM)

Neck Ring(GM)

Pump stage bush (GM)

Reassemble the pump set with newly supplied materials in item no ( 8.01-8.04) and old seviceable spares as per direction of EIC.

Supply of following spares for the motor.

Top bush (GM)

Bottom bush (GM)

Thrust bearing

Charges for motor grinding

Rewinding the motor by supplying suitable gauge PVC insulated copper wire & by other required materials as per direction of EIC. (The rate has been derived after deducting the cost of old damaged Cu wire)

Reassemble the motor after rewinding with newly supplied materials in item no (9.01- 9.03) and old serviceable spares as per direction of EIC.

Painting the pump motor set after repair & reassemble by supplying oil bound paint after scraping out the old paint rust as per direction.

Carrying the repaired pump motor set from workshop to deptt store including loading and unloading complete.

Add GST @ 18%

Add CESS @ 1%
