Excavation in trenches, foundations n. exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of cables,poles and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level , not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Supply and laying of new DWC (double wall corrugated) cable duct pipe, ISI marked, IS 16205 (part 24) : 2017 Part II of outer dia 50 mm and inner dia 39.3 mm with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure underground cables including all connected accessories like coupler, o-ring etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of DWC (double wall corrugated) pipe fittings like coupler, o-ring outer dia 50 mm and inner dia 39.3 mm complete all as specified and as directed. ( Note- Fittings will be executed in existing location & repair portion only)

Taking down old unserviceable bricks provided for cable protection of any type and size from the trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting chases,pinning in,making good of PCC hard, standing to facing where required , exc.10 cm. but not exc.60 cm girth to ends for laying of cables and making good with old shape and size all as specified and directed.

Cutting Bituminous road in,making good with facing where required and pointing exc.30 cm. but not exc.1.0 mtr. girth to ends laying of cables and making good with old shape and size all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying as in replacement GI tubing light grade 80 mm with all fittings laid in trenches/road crossing/hard standing/drain/along the pole/wall for protection of cable including taking out old GI tubing and making surface in good codition all as specified and directed .

All as per serial item 9 here-in-before but of dia 50 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and laying under ground XLPE insulated PVC sheathed (Heavy duty) armoured 1100 volts grade aluminium conductor cable of size 150 Sqmm 3.5 core as per IS 7098 (Part I) including connection cable glands, aluminium lugs etc including taking down/up existing unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Materials and labour for earthing as in repair complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connetced with galvanised strip of size 32 x 6mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore (medium grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (light grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) complete including testing on completion all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour in replacement for Galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm burried in ground complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Dyhydration/fltration of Transformer oil including testing of dielectric strength of transformer oil of indoor type transformer, 11KV/433 volt, filteration of transformer oil by passing through filtration plant to remove moisture, impurities and improving di-electic strength to above 40 KV for 1 minute including new transformer oil for toping up & testing after filtration complete as specified. (Note: i)Transformer oil will be measured & paid seperately.ii) Note : Test certificate shall be submitted before and after filteration for dielectric strength.)

M&L for Removing old burnt Transformer oil and Supply and toping of transformer oil with 50KV di-electric strength complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing of hydrogenated nitrile transformer oil seal, with maximum di electric strength duely tightened with bushings complete to avoid leakage from transformer bushings of various transformer installed at variuos locations under Colaba area all as specified and directed .

M & L for spray painting to indoor/outdoor type, step up/step down transformer installed at different location of Balasore and Nilgiri area after scraping throughly the existing corroded paint/rust, filing of cavaties and applying two coats of heat resistant paint of approved quality of required colour and writing the details such as SM/MES No. etc.of capacity 150 KVA/250 KVA/315 KVA/400 KVA all as per specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge .

Dismantling of Damaged Breather and Supply and fixing in repair of breather with 500 Grams celica gel of indoor type transformer 150 KVA/250 KVA/315 KVA/400 KVA, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Damaged thermometer and Supply and fixing in repair of thermometer(oil temperature gauge) for indoor type transformer, all as specified and directed by Engineer -in -Charge.

Material and labour for Servicing/Repairing of Transformer by disconnecting of LT and HT cable carefully from Transformer and draining out transformer oil, dismantling transformer top cover and dismantling of 4Nos LT bushing and 3Nos of HT bushing including necessary tools and plant for removal of sediments,carbon deposits at bottom of transformer tank, on core,on winding etc cleaning with new transformer oil including cleaning of oil tank and attending leakage problem with oil seal and all gaskets and re assembling complete of capacity Transformer 150 KVA/250 KVA/315/400 KVA ,11KV/433Volt all as specified and directed. (Note : New Transformer oil and spare parts will be measured and paid separatley excluding oil seal)

Material and labour for replacing Burnt out Studs and bushing with nuts (set of three) of any material by providing new copper alloy stud with nut,washers and bushing on HV Side for transformer of capacity 150 to 300 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantlin of old damaged Cooling Fins and Supply and fix in repair cooling fins of transformer of capacity 150 KVA to 400 KVA as per manufacturer's specifications and standard practice complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and dismantling the existing indoor type, 11 KV horizontal draw out type VCB trolly of rupturing capacity 250/350 MVA, 400/630/800 Amps from location and repair /overhauling and carrying out with the following activities as mentioned below and replacement of unservicable following itmes as and where required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: spare parts will be measured & paid seperately.) (i) Inspecting / overhauling of manual / motorised spring drive mechanism by checking mechanism, motor and gear assembly, big gear assembly, stop bolt assembly, main shaft interlocking assembly, closing spring assembly, small cam with screw,motor cut -off limit switch, butter fly swich assembly and apply multi grease lubricant to function smoothly. (ii) Inspecting / overhauling of tripping assembly,earthfault release assembly, tripping coil, auxiliary switch and checking of electrical wiring system. (iii) Inspecting / overhauling /cleaning and inspecting through insulators, vacuum interuptors by carbon cleaner solution and apply dry graphite conductive sealant for electrical contacts to avoid carbon deposits on contact surfaces. (iv) Assembling all items/components parts to the respective postion & testing the breaker with High Voltage(DC) and meggering before and after high voltage test complete.

Dismantling of Old Damaged/burnt spare parts from VCB and Supply and fixing in repair of following Spare parts suitable for - VCB 11 KV, indoor type of all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
