M&L Gunitting work for RCC work as in columns, beam, slab, perapet, chajjas facia, landing, balconies etc by removing all loose concrete including plaster, cleaning of surface with wire brushes and fixing welded steel wire mesh 25mm x 25 mm with 2 mm dia steel wire as facia/drops and similar works etc applying an apoxy resin concrete bonding agent treatment over the old concrete surface to bound with the new concrete with approved concrete adhesive of M/S Pidilite/M/S BASF/M/S SIKA (As per manufacturers instruction) to bond old and new concrete, guniting with minium pressure of 2.5 Kg per Sqcm in two layers of total average thickness shall be 40 mm thick with cement mortor (1:2) using Ordinarty portland cement 43 grade mixing with waterproofing admixture polycrete @ 2% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The following items shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate:- (i) Provn of reqd dia of TMT reinforcement bars and binding/welded with old bars. (ii) After placing the reinforceemnt all concrete surface shall be throughly scrubbking/concreting/plastering (iii) work is to carried out in patches. (iv) Rate for scaffolding etc shall be deemed to included in quoted rate. (v) Guniting from ground floor upto four five storey. (vi) Anti-corrosive protective coating for old reinforced bars. M&L for precast Kerb stone with plain fair faces 300x150x300 mm depth in PCC 1:1 ½ :3 of shape as approved incl all excavation, embedding in ground and removing surplus spoil upto 50 Mtr distance completed all as specified and as directed.

Re-baring by drilling holes and fixing nozzle if required in existing concrete/brick work as in column, beams, slabs and foundation etc in any position and any description size of hole 14mm, 16mm & 22mm suitable for dowels of size 10mm, 12mm & 16mm respectively (minimum depth 140mm for 10mm & 12 mm dia bars and 180mm for 16mm dia bar, cleaning the surface properly with blow out pump & round brushes and fixing of dowel bars with epoxy resin (resin+hardner). complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) Adequate lap length shall be provided as per IS-456-2000. (ii) Reinforced TMT bars where incorporated in work will be paid under the relvent items. (iii) The work shall be carried out upto four storied building with scaffolding and in patches as directed by Engr-in-charg e.
