Labour for repair / servicing of ceiling fan of any capacity complete with strip opening the ceiling fan for repair / washing / varnishing and removing of old lubricating substatances from bearing / bush by using Kerosene oil, carrying out fresh lubrication, greasing and to make the ceiling fan noise free and smooth functioning, including replacement of worn out / unserviceable minor spare parts split pin, fan body bolts, spring washer, fan rod bolt etc and PVC insulated, unsheathed stranded twin twisted copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm upto 1.0 m long, assembling the repaired ceiling fan and testing to the entire satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge and depositing in MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Replacement of spares flexible wire etc / rewinding of ceiling fan shall be measured and paid separately under respective item for material and labour cost.

Rewinding of exhaust fan of any make / type and sweep with super enamelled copper wire of appropriate gauge as existing to obtain the specified and satisfactory RPM as per manufacturer's specification including replacement of all insulation materials, varnishing, heating, drying, assembling of stator / rotor, connection and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour for remetalling of worn out shaft of fan, cutting, bracing, machining and polishing to make the shaft suitable for fixing of new ball bearing and fixing ball bearing in replacement of bushing system in ceiling fan and assembling the same and testing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge to ensure smooth and noise free operation complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Bearing shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking down and strip opening to geyser of any make and capacity 25 litres including disconnection of all water pipe connection and taking out water inlet / outlet assembly, removing glass wool, the inner tank, descaling the assembly and tank, detecting the leakage, welding / brazing the defective parts, repacking the glass wool and refixing the same after making it functional including replacement of worn out nuts, bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Cost of material and labour for providing new items shall be measured under relevant items of Schedule 'A'.

Charges for fixing in replacement of unserviceable sealed seamless welding compressor unit company manufacturer of any capacity for AC's complete with initial filling / charging of refrigerant gas to meet the requirement complete with vibration rubber pads four numbers each nut, bolts etc and testing on full load all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes: - (i) Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) Contractor shall be responsible for all replacement of failed compressor and shall be accompanied by certificate from the original compressor to the effect that said compressor has been repaired at their authorised service center. Further, a warrenty of 12 month shall be provided on such replacement in writing.

Material and labour in replacement for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to GI strip 32 x 6 mm (upto 7.5 m in length from earth plate) by means of bolts and nuts, checknuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as specified and shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR part - I including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber with RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 40 mm thick cover with mild steel rod 8mm dia 150mm long reinforcement, watering funnel, 40 mm dia light grade for protection of earth electrode 20 mm dia for watering and pouring extra clay soil of quantity not less than one cubic meter into the earth pit and also removal of excavated soil not less than 50 metre from the earthing place complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel plate earth electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron wire of 4 mm dia earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers made of galvanized iron protected by 40mm bore light grade GI pipe up 7.5 RM with 4mm earth lead and connected for body earthing of feeder pillar box all as specified and including PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 pit and precast RCC (1 : 1 ½ : 3) type A-1 pit cover slab of size 300 x 300 x 50mm with handle as shown in drawing funnel, wire mesh, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, charcoal and salt in alternate layers including necessary earth work and excavation in hard / dense soil and removal etc complete all as specified in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part - I 2020.

Disconnecting and taking out defective underground cable any size and any type from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 Sqmm 3½ core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 Sqmm 3½ core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 Sqmm 3½ core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 Sqmm 3½ core complete all as specified and as directed.
