S & F rolled mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washers etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS : 1161-1979Gde St-240 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F rolled mild steel plates (plane or chequered ) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and countersunk) forming holes without any attachement. Fe 410 W (Gde E-250) quality -B all as specified and as directed

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius in half brick thick wall built in cm 1:4 with old size bricks all as specified and as directed

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or stone wall surfaces in CM 1:4 and finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) etc complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for preparation of new decorated external wall surfaces and applying two coat of cement paint complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-Painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding fixed to walls fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S&F of Framed work such as grills, gratings, framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 all as specified and as directed

M & L for brickwork with subclass Fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in Cement mortar 1:4 as in man holes all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not exc 30cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil.

M&L hardcore of gauge not exc 63 mm deposited spread and leveled in layers not exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and as directed.

Removing off demolished building material out side the campus including loading and unloading etc., to a distance exc 5.0 Km but not exc 10.0 Km out side the MD land. Note: Responsibility of getting permission from concerned authority for disposal off and place of depositing the debris outside MD land and rests with contractor under his own arrangements.
