Construction of Temporary 11/0.4KV 2x400KVA Substations and other Miscellaneous works in Jhunsi area from Old Railway To GT road , during Magh Mela 2026-27

Construction of Temporary 11/0.4KV 2x400KVA Substations and other Miscellaneous works in Jhusi area from Old Railway To GT road , during Magh Mela 2026-27 which includes loading, unloading and carriage of all required materials from Mela Store to Mela Area and dismantling of all materials after completion of mela and Carriage back to Mela Store. (MS Nut & Bolts with washer, all type of lugs and any other material required which is not provided by Derpartment for all related work will be provided by contractor on rental basis).

Construction of four pole structure on S.T.P. 11 Mtr. long including cutting fabrication and fitting of channels/angles, painting and earthing etc Installation of G.O. 4 Nos. D.O. 2 Nos. fittings, making of Busbar on the top portion of structure with cutting, fabrication and mounting of channel/Angle on four/six pole and dismantling after completion of Mela period.

Construction of double pole structure on S.T.P. 11 Mtr. long including cutting fabrication and fitting of channels/angles/G.O., D.O., painting and earthing etc. Gang/D.O. as per requirement and dismantling after completion of Mela period.

Construction of T/f plinth of size 1.5x1.5.x1.25 Mtr. with Ist class bricks of 0.95 meter height and 0.35 meter thick wall will be constructed. Rest wall should be 0.23 meter thickness. brick work will be in ratio of 1:4 Cement and sand. In the hollow portion the sand should be filled from ground level upto 15 cm. below from the top of plinth. The cement, sand and stone ballast should be placed in ratio 1:2:4 and 2 nos. channels be grouted in the concrete. The T/f plinth should be plastered on all sides by 12mm thick in 1:6 Cement, and mortar. (All required material for T/F plinth will be provided by the contractor.)

Installation of 400 KVA Transformer on plinth and making all HT/LT connections with proper Delta earthing from transformer to L.T Tailless unit and dismantling after completion of Mela period.

Installation of Tailless Unit by providing structure of channels with the help of 3/4 meter long M.S. Channel including mounting of 12 to 16 Nos. Tailless Unit 500/300 Amps. Also making of copper bus bar and its tapping, and earthing of structure by earth rod at two Point and dismantling after completion of Mela period.

Making of foundation plinth for D.G. Set of Size 14x4 ft. with the help of 1st Class Brick and its plastering with cement and Sand in ratio 1:6 which includes Installation of D.G. Set, fixing of Change Over Switch on Sub Station Angle size 65x65x6 mm and its proper connection. (All required material for D.G Set plinth will be provided by the contractor.)

Installation, Earthing and carriage from mela store of DG set 125/63 KVA and dismantling after completion of Mela period.

Iron wire mesh 6 feet hight barricading around four pole, Tailless unit and transformer plinth for saftey purpose including its painting. (All required material will be provided by the contractor.)

Brick barricading, singhara with bricks and painting alternatively with Geru and Lime. (All required material will be provided by the contractor.)
