Advance patchwork to an average thickness upto 50mm using premixed tõmm IRC size HBG crusher chips/metal over the existing BT surface using 44kg of Bitumen of 60/70 grade per one cum including cost and conveyance of chips/metal from approved sources to work site and stacking them to departmental metric gauge for premeasurement including cost of Bitumen and all taxes payable, which will be supplied by department as specified in the special condition appended including cost and conveyance of 60/70 grade bitumen to work site and all imcidental charges such as storage, handling charges etc, including heating the Bitumen for Premixing all labour charges and T & P charges for patching the surface and all other incidental charges ete complete as per M.O.R.T.H specification

Applying tack coat over BT surface (not treated with primer) using 0.020 to 2.5Kg of bituminous emulsion per 10 Sqm. including cost of bituminous emulsion which will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost of which will be recovered at the rates as per special conditions appended herewith including conveyance of bituminous emulsion to actual work spot handling charges including labour charges for brushing, cleaning and preparing the surface for laying the tack coat and labour and machinery charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous emulsion including hire, fuel and running charges for all tools and plants employed for the work including all other incidental charges such as barricading and providing danger lights, flags etc., complete as per standard specification.

BITUMINOUS CONCRETE 25, 30/40 MM THICK USING cmp (Grade- II) Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 40mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8- 10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc.. including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher, vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5

Maintenance of the road

Towards the charges for routline maintenance of the road work executed under PMGSY including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRCSP- 20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost
