If the Tenderer is manufacturer who must have manufactured tested and supplied the euipments similar to the type specified in the Schedule of requirements upto atleast 208.00 lakhs installing Integrated Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) (usually not less than 80% of requirement, However it will be 104.00 Lakhs installing Integrated Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) which is 40% with respect to Micro and small enterprises)of the quantity required in any of the last three years(2 years for micro and small enterprises). The equipments offred for supply must be of the most recent Series, Models incorporating the latest improvements in designs. The model should have be relesed on or after ........ ( indicate the year of the model as appropriate) and be in satisfactory operation for ......(sepecifiy and appropriate period) months as on date of tender Opening

For this project 13000 litres of hot water output per day using an exclusively integrated Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) is required hence 50% of one single project delivering 6,500 Liters of hot water per day output using an exclusively integrated Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) in government sector.
Liquid Assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs.130.00 lakhs (Credit Lines/letter of credit/ certificates from the banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.,
The average annual financial turnover for last three of the tenderer should be 1.Rs. 260.00 Lakhs(usually not less than estimated cost of quantity for general & 50% of the estimated cost of the quantity with respective micro and small enterprises is Rs.130.00 lakhs). During the last 3 preceeding financial years(last 2 Preceeding financial years with respective micro and small enterprises) ending on the relavent financial year as per the GO.FD:908 Bangalore dated: 21.07.2020

The Technical Efficiency Report must be certified by a nationally recognized technical institution, such as IIT , IIIT ,NIT Etc. Submission of this certificate is mandatory and forms an essential part of the eligibility criteria.
The bidder must have supply and service centres located within a 50 km radius of the installation sites. These centres must be adequately equipped to provide immediate maintenance and support. A GPS-tagged photo of the service centre must be uploaded as proof.
