Supplying & laying in replacement synthetic rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage upto 11 KV for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006 (superseding IS 5424) of size 2m x 1m complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item no 4.00 here-in-before but 3 mm thick suitable for 33 KV size 2 m x 1 m.

Material and labour for servicing of HT control panel including outdoor CT, PT and relays in control panel of outdoor breaker of capacity 1250 Amps and rating 36 KV complete as per the under mentioned details:- Details of servicing of HT Panel (breaker) :- (i) Checking of Closing/Tripping coil assembly (ii) Adjustment of mechanism if required. (iii) Clean the circuit breaker to remove dust and dirt. The envelope of the vacuum interrupter and insulating materials shall be wiped with a clean cloth. (iv) Checking the contact for wear. Replace if the contact piece has worn out. (v) Apply a small amount of oil to rotary sections, sliding surfaces, pins, coupling section, etc.use grease for the operating shaft and bearings, and machine oil for other parts. M&L for replacement of aluminium jumper made of ACSR conductor of type Dog / Panther of size not less than 1 mtr of length conductor of 33 KV yard. (1x 06 nos jumper ) complete al as directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of old painted surfaces of fencing of 33 KV yard Shankar Vihar grid by brushing/cleaning stains, greasy spots with thinner, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Laminated paper sticker of letter size 250 mm x 8 mm in Red/Black/ White colour and printing of SM/MES No/feeder name/CT ratio etc as provided by Engr-in-Charge in black colour and pasting the same on HT/LT panels complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Each sticker shall have different printing matter.

Material and labour for replacement of Retro Reflective installation sign boards of size 5 feet x 4 feet fabricated out of 16 gauge MS sheet frame duly welded/riveted with MS square pipe of size 25mm x25mm at height 2.00 meter above ground level on stainless steel heavy duty pipe of size 50mm bore embedded 60 CM in PCC 1:2:4 type B 1 block of size 45cmx45cmx60cm including necessary excavation and earth work .The steel portion of the board shall be painted in stove enameled paint and the front & back of the frame shall be overall sheathed with blue colour base painter adhesive tape. The written matter will be in English language on both sides with reflective adhesive painter tapes as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of silica gel breather assembly complete with breather unit and silica gel including connecting with proper rubberised gasket and necessary fittings GI fittings for fixing/assembling upto 1000KVA transformer complete by removing the unserviceable silica gel breather assembly all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation in replacement Anti-condensation space-heater with Thermostatic control in cable and circuit breaker compartments of HT switchgears complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out of heavy duty colling fan ,3 phase, 50 Hz of size 18" to 24" from power transformer 33/11 KV of capacity 8/10 MVA ,servicing of the fan by opening including cleaning, greasing , replacement of defective spares parts such as bearing/ bushing, capacitor, canopy, clamp, blade, etc with new spare parts and painting of fan body with synthetic enamel paint and re-assembling in existing position after repairs and testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (a) The cost of spare parts is deemed to be included in quoted rates . (b) Rewinding of the fan will be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedule here-in-after.

M&L in replacement for rewinding of heavy duty cooling fan, 3 phase, 50 Hz of size 18" to 24" of power transformer 33/11 KV capacity with super enamelled copper wire as per existing gauge including heating, varnishing, etc complete as required and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement of hooter complete with switch etc suitable for warming HT 11 KV VCBs internal chambers all as directed

S & F in replacement battery 12V, DC, 100 AH maintenance free dry battery complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement battery 2V, DC, 7 AH maintenance free dry battery complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of exhaust fan 450 mm sweep heavy duty with heavy duty bearings, balanced blades louvers single phase supply complete with accessories all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting of HT 11 KV VCB panel with two coats of super enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide with spray gun including preparation of surfaces writing of incoming/outgoing/Bus coupler name/numbers in appropriate size of letters as directed and as specified.

M&L for opening of the VCB , 11 KV 400 to 2000 Amps of any make by removing of the breaker from the existing position after disconnecting all the connections from the system, servicing, overhauling of the same, checking of the same for proper operation, spring charge, charged control cables are fastened tightly to the terminals, any abnormality, VCB, cleaning the surface of the insulators, fasten the bolts, checking and correcting interrupting units, mechanism, linkages etc, fasten the hardware of control wiring, check that the split pins, Circlips, dowel pins etc. have not come out and are intact, lubricate the mechanism, moving parts by castrol, all purpose grease or equivalent, check that the vacuum pots/chambers is within limit including opening of the shutters properly, replacing of the trip catch, roller, holding catch, stopper, close push button, closing cum reassembling, control limit switches reconnecting of the breaker for smooth functioning all as directed.

M&L for decarbonizing/cleaning complete HT cable outgoing/Incoming circuit of CTs & PTs, 3 phase, cleaning with CTC and ensure proper decarbonizing, re-fixing the same after applying becktol (Red) solution to the spout, checking all the connections, tightening the nuts, bolts thimbles for incoming and outgoing system complete, as specified and directed. Rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of supply of becktol Red, CTC & cotton waste.

Material and labour for testing and calibration of HT Panel Complete as mentioned under - (i) Primary Injection Test of CT / PT (ii) Closing & Opening Timing Test for all three poles. (iii) IR Test with megger in open and closed condition. (iv) Contact resistance test for all three poles (v) Closing coil resistance (vi) Tripping coil resistance. (vii) Testing of following relays of control panel with Secondary Injection Kit ,checking and programming of relay :- (a) Over current and earth fault relay (b) DC Supply supervision relay. (c) Master trip relay Note:- (i) DC Supply for relay testing shall be arranged by the contractor. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

M&L for ON load / ON line centrifuging and dehydration including filtration and cleaning of transformer oil by dehydration machine of 33 KV transformer at site and topping up deficient transformer oil including testing of samples before and after dehydration and filtration complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Transformer oil required for top up shall be measured and paid separately under item No 41 here-in -after as supply only.

Supply of transformer oil of approved quality as per IS :335(2018) having dielectric strength of 45-60 KV in 2.5mm gap for filling in OLTC & for topping up in transformer as required and directed.

Material & labour for repair /overhauling of OLTC ( On load tap changer ) of 33KV/11KV Power transformer of capacities 8/10 MVA at site by carried out following work of existing make :- (a) Opening of top plate of OLTC. (b) Draining out of transformers oil from the OLTC. (c) Stopping of leakage of oil from main shaft of OLTC including replacement of oil seal and all gasket of OLTC. (d) Checking /servicing of moving and fixed contact of OLTC and resistance test of contact. (e) Flushing of OLTC assembly with hot new oil and removing of sludge. (f) Filling of new transformer oil in OLTC . (g) Tightening of all tapping leads and connections. (h) Refixing of top plate of OLTC in original position after overhauling.
