Construction of Rural Cement Concrete Road from Lower Halhalay to Harka Bahadur Chettri House, under R.R. Block,GTA

Cutting and Uprooting Earthwork in Cutting to form road section in correct profile in mixed soil including removal of spoils not exceeding initial lead of 50m and initial lift of 1.50m in mixed soil.

Earthwork in Cutting to form road section in correct profile in ordinary soil including removal of spoils not exceeding initial lead of 50m and initial lift of 1.50m (refer quantity calculation sheet)

Excavation in Ordinary Rock using Hydraulic Excavator CK-90 and Tippers with disposal upto 1000 metres Excavation for roadway in ordinary rock with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, transporting to embankment site within all lifts and lead upto 1000 m, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections as per Clause 301 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (Mode of measurement: pre works and post works)

Box cutting or filling in Road embankment in all sorts of soil including spreading the spoils properly over the flank as necessary or on berm to approximate grade & camber and rolling the sub-grade with power roller to proper camber and grade as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge including uprooting and removing plants and jungles when and where necessary.

(A)Compacting Original Ground Compacting original ground supporting subgrade Loosening of the ground upto a level of 300 mm below the subgrade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 for subgrade construction as per Clause 305.3.4 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).

"Surface Finish Works" Construction of granular sub-base by providing graded material, mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator at OMC, spreading in uniform layers with Motor grader on prepared surface in proper grade and camber, compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, including lighting, guarding, barricading, including cost of all materials, machinery, tools and plants including cost of quality control complete as per Clause 401 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering including lighting, guarding, barricading and making necessary earthen bundh of one metre width on each side and preparing the bed by necessary cutting or filling, including cost of all materials and hire and labour charges of all men and machinery and compacting to the required density, as per Clause 404 of Specificatio Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering including lighting, guarding, barricading and making necessary earthen bundh of one metre width on each side and preparing the bed by necessary cutting or filling, including cost of all materials and hire and labour charges of all men and machinery and compacting to the required density, as per Clause 404 of Specification.

Providing and laying Design Mix concrete for plain / reinforced concrete work in any part of bridge (excluding bottom plugging) with coarse aggregates of appropriate nominal size and grading, fine aggregate (sand) conforming to proper grading zone, both of approved quality and cement, as necessary, including labour, cost and carriage of all materials and including preparation of design mix, approval of the same by the Engineer-in-Charge and cost for quality control, sampling, testing etc. all complete but excluding cost of labour and materials for formwork & reinforcement works. (d) M-30 Grade

Hire and Labour Charges for Shuttering

(iv) Providing and filling joint sealing compound as per drawings and technical specifications with coarse sand and 6% bitumen by weight(iv) Providing and filling joint sealing compound as per drawings and technical specifications with coarse sand and 6% bitumen by weight

"Protective Structure" Earthwork in excavation for foundation of structures as per technical specification including setting out removing spreading or stacking spoils with in a lead of 150 m as directed and including trimming the sides of trenches ..all complete as per direction of E-I-C.

Plum Concrete work with cement concrete 1:3:6 with 30mm down graded stone metal 40% and stone boulders of size 150mm and above placed in position as directed excluding shuttering if any.

Providing formwork and staging including Hire & Labour charges for same Retaining wall & its components

Providing weep hole (100mm) A.C. in walls including packing brick bats or boulder of approved quality and size at the backsides of walls etc all complete.

Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials / stone crushed aggregates / brick aggregates / river bed materials satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2 of MoRT&H Specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification.

Surface Drinage Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, removing, spreading or stacking of spoils within a lead of 150 m. as directed and including trimming the sides of the trenches, leveling, dressing and ramming the bottom, and backfilling with approved material complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Labour for laying 150 mm to 200 mm boulder soling including rough dressing hand packing and ramming down small pieces in the interstics including rolling and preparing the bed to proper level and filling up all joints with sandy clay or earth.

Stone boulder 150 mm size delivered ans stacked at site.

Plum Concrete work with 40 % Cement Concrete with 30 mm down graded stone metal and 60% stone boulder of size 150 mm and above, placed in position as directed excluding shuttering if any.

Providing and laying Design Mix concrete for plain /reinforced concrete work in any part of bridge (excluding bottom plugging) with coarse aggregates of appropriate nominal size and grading, fine aggregate (sand) conforming to proper grading zone, both of approved quality and cement, as necessary, including labour, cost and carriage of all materials and including preparation of design mix, approval of the same by the Engineer-in-Charge and cost for quality control, sampling, testing etc. all complete but excluding cost of labour and materials for formwork & reinforcement works.(b) M-15 Grade

Hire and labour charges for Shuttering with or without staging upto 4.0 m height using approvedst out props with wooden planks/ply wood/steel sheet plate with required bracing for any kind of plain or reinforced concrete works in all sorts of minor structure including culvert, box culvert, cross-drainetc. The rate is inclusive of fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of work as per specification and direction

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar, including rounding off corners or chamfering corners as directed and recking out joints or roughening of concrete surface. a) with (1:4) cement mortor (a)15mm thick plaster

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, floor etc. NOTE:Cement 0.152 cu.m per100 sq.m

CONCRETE SIGN BOARD Providing & fixing Concrete Sign Board as per IRC specification of size 900 x 750 x 37 mm. thick ade with RCC 1:1½:3 with pakur variety stone chips reinforced with double layer IRC febric (75 x 75 mm. mesh) and fixed with necessary nuts & bolts on two RC precast posts 100 mm. x 150 mm. of height 2.65 m. of which top 750 mm. is of section 100 x 13 mm. and 1.90 metre above GL & 0.75 metre below GL including digging hole, repacking the same with cement concrete 1:3:6 with jhama khoa or with local stone chips etc. complete including painting two coats on both faces lettering sign marks etc. as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (The rate is inclusive of cost of reinforcement, concrete, shuttering, nuts & bolts, washer etc. complete.)

Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of high intensity gr ade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed oundation with M15 gradecement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per pproved drawing and Clause 801 of Secifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision)

Providing and layong road parapet all complete inculding pinting as per draawing

Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade Kilometre stone of standard desgin as per IRC8 1980.fixing in position inculding painting and printing etc.
