Development of Jalgaon Airport RCS - RHQ SH -Strengthening of 11KV HT power cable at Jalgaon Airport

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of indoor type (IP 42) floor mounted metal clad, 11 KV Switch Board VCB panel with 4 Nos. VCBs, totally enclosed & fully interlocked, truck mounting, horizontal draw out, horizontal isolation type vacuum breaker as per IS / IEC 62271- 100 (2007) for breakers & 200 (2003), for panels / IS3247 as amended up to date, having capacities as mentioned below, free standing extensible on both sides, single break, trip free mechanism, motorised charged and auto/ manually closing breaker suitable for use on 11 KV, 3 Phase, 50Hz A.C. supply with short circuit fault level of 500 MVA, complete with self-contained short time current 26.3 kA for 3 sec, Internal Arc Test for AFLR 26.3 kA for 1 sec at individual compartments i.e. busbar, VCB, and cable compartment, rack in and rack out mechanism, air insulated but encapsulated copper bus bars capacity meeting fault level current, DC power pack, breaker featured with mechanical ON / OFF indicator with hand trip device, Breaker control TNC switch and all accessories such as shunt trip coil, and auxiliary switch of 4NO+4NC, motorised and manually operated spring assisted closing mechanism, emergency trip push button, interconnections, space heaters, earthing, etc. and equipped with following switchgears and accessories, connections suitable for cable upto 3C x 120 sqm XLPE cable of 11 KV grade (cable entry from bottom), Separate earthing switch shall be provided for Cable earthing . The earthing truck shall be so designed that it is impossible to earth a live. cable terminations suitable for 3C x 120 sq.mm. XLPE 11 KV cable.

A. Incomer 2 Nos. consisting of following; 2 Nos. of 630 Amp, 11 KV, 3 Ph, 3P VCB 1 No for each incomer - Multifunction Meter with accuracy class 0.5 LED display of I, V, Hz, Active, Reactive, Apparent Power & Energy, Power factor, %THD, Maximum demand load, (complying with IEC61557-12) with RS 485 & Ethernet port and protection MCB and required accessories to complete the system 3 Nos. (01 set for each incomer) Cast resin draw out type PTs 11 KV / √3 / 110 √3, class 0.5,100 VA burden including HT HRC fuse on 11 KV Side and MCBs on secondary side protection., 3 No. (01 set for each incomer) Cast resin insulated Dual core 3 CTs 30 / 5-5A of 15VA burden and accuracy Class -0.5 for metering and class 5P10 for protection. Aux. relays for Anti Pumping & indication. (01 set for each incomer) ,Trip Circuit supervision relay - (01 set for each incomer), Master Trip Circuit Relay (01 set for each incomer) 1 No. Microprocessor based over current, short circuit 50,50 N & earth fault numerical IDMT relay with having RS 485 modbus communication facility consisting of 3 element for over current relay and one earth fault capable of storing last 10 trip history. (01 set for each incomer),1 No. Over & under voltage protection relay, 1 No. Over & under frequency relay (01 set for each incomer) 1 No. Alarm annunciator with minimum 8 windows and buzzer, ACK, rest, test push button for transformer faults and electrical faults in respective window. (01 set for each incomer)

B. Busbar -1000 Amps TP, 12 KV Copper Bus bar with heat shrinkable insulated sleeves with cast epoxy insulator to withstand full short circuit currents upto 26.3 kA for 1 second. (01 set for each incomer) C. BUS COUPLER- 630 Amps., 11KV horizontal draw out type VCB with motorized spring charge mechanism, T/N/C switch and required safety switchgears complete. 1 Set of LED indication lamp protected by MCB for ON & OFF and spring charge of breaker complete.Electrical inter locking with both incomers & bus coupler D. Outgoings 1.No consisting of following; 1 No. 630 Amp., 11 KV VCB horizontal draw out type VCB with motorized spring charge mechanism, T/N/C switch and required safety switchgears complete 1 Set MR Aux. relays for Anti Pumping & indication. Trip Circuit supervision relay, Master Trip Circuit Relay 1 No., Microprocessor based over current, short circuit 50,50 N & earth fault numerical IDMT relay with having RS 485 modbus communication facility consisting of 3 elements for over current relay and one earth fault capable of storing last 10 trip history. 1 No - Multifunction Meter with LED display of I, V, Hz, Active, Reactive, Apparent Power & Energy, Power factor, % %THD, Maximum demand, (complying with IEC61557-12) with RS 485 & Ethernet port and protection MCB and required accessories to complete the system. 3 No. Cast resin insulated Dual core 3 CTs 30/5-5A of 15VA burden and accuracy Class -0.5 for metering and class 5P10 for protection. 1 No. Alarm annunciator with minimum 8 windows and buzzer, ACK, rest, test push button for transformer faults and electrical faults in respective window.

E. All I/C & O/G Breaker have following Accessories & indication 6A MCB for spring charge DC Control, Supply healthy & fails Surge Arrestor of type 1, 11KV grade shall be provided for all phases of each incomer, AC Supply control ON/OFF Switch , Circuit breaker failure Alarm indication, VCB spring charge indication,LED Illumination lamp ON / OFF with limit Switch,T-N-C (Trip, Neutral, Close) breaker control switch with indication arrangement, All control wiring with protection & test terminal block as required, Emergency trip push button,2A MCB for lamp 60 watts, Space heater with thermostat, 16 Amp MCB for space heater and Plug point 6/16 Amps 5 Pin with piano type switch socket outlet. Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of automatic linear pneumatic tube Detection based Clean agent System for Electrical Panels (Linear Pneumatic Heat Detection tube Panel Protection System), consisting of the Mentioned components. Suitable capacity, Direct Low Pressure (DLP) Assembly with automatic valve, push in connector for tube, Clean agent, mounting bracket, End of Line adopter and low pressure switch for monitoring system activation. i) Linear Pneumatic Heat detection tube with all necessary & supports ii) Master Control Unit for controlling each system, complete with pressure switches, buzzers and electronic hooters, including all necessary accessories + electrical wiring to make each entire system functional. 11 KV HT PANEL BOARD Consisting of above items.

SITC of 11KV G.O Switch 400Amp. AB on 2nos. MS Poles 9 Mtr.along with disc insulator,MS channels,MS flat clamp & earthing, ACSR 30sq.mm. conductor,GI pins,pin insulator, 1C XLPE 120 sq.mm.,GSL 4mm., stayset, egg insulator, GSS wire 7/3.15mm. complete as required.Work will also include suitable base foundation, laying, raising & termination of Incoming and Outgoing 3x120 sq.mm. HT cable 11KV on the G.O Switch/OD/ ID/Cable box along with earthing wire, accessories complete as required.

Supply of 3CX 120 sq.mm size of HT XLPE insulated, stranded compact circular aluminium conductor, conductor screen with extruded semi conducting compound, Insulation screening with extruded semi conducting compound in combination with coper tape, cores laid up , inner sheath of FRLS PVC tape , galvanised flat steel strip armoured and overall FRLS PVC sheathed cable of 11 KV (UE) HT grade conforming to IS 7098/ Part - II 1985 with latest amendments.

Supply of 160 mm dia (OD-160 mm & ID-135 mm nominal) DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete as required.

Laying of 160 mm dia (OD-160 mm & ID-135 mm nominal) DWC HDPE pipe along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (1.2 meter below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. complete as required.

Laying of 160 mm dia (OD-160 mm & ID-135 mm nominal) DWC HDPE pipe along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (1.2 meter below ground level) including refilling the trench but excluding excavation of trench and sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 meters in width and lift up to 1.5 meters , including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 meters (minimum depth should be 1.2 meter and width should be 0.35 meter)

Providing, laying and fixing of 150 mm dia G.I. pipe (C class) on surface (horizonal or vetical) complete with G.I. fittings, clamps etc as required.

Providing and laying non pressure NP2 Class (light duty) 250 mm R.C.C Pipes with collers jointed with stiff mixture of cement morter in proportion of 1:2 (1 Cement : 2 Sand) including cutting / breaking PCC/Bituminous area upto 400 mm deep and 400 mm width remaking the same as good as previous etc. as required.

Laying of one number XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/METAL/DWC HDPE pipe as required. upto 120 sq. mm

Supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for 120 sq. mm x 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV (UE) grade as required.

Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for 120 sq. mm x 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV (UE) grade as required.

Supplying and making straight through cable jointing with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including ferrules suitable for 120 sq. mm x 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV (UE) grade as required.

Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on, bolted /welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as required.

Constructing brick masonory manhole in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) with R.C.C. top slab with 1:1.5:3 mix (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zoneIII) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), foundation concrete 1:4:8 mix (1 cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with floating coat of neat cement and making channels in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design : Inside size 120x90 cm and 90 cm deep including C.I. cover with frame (heavy duty) 560 mm internal diameter, total weight of cover and frame to be not less than 208 kg (weight of cover 108 kg and weight of frame 100 kg). With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5.

Supply and Laying of 160 mm dia HDPE pipe with HDD trenchless method direct in ground (upto 07 meter below ground level) in all type of soil, coupling of pipe etc complete as per requirement in all aspect.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 Meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing of set of 4 Nos. 9.5 Litre capacity GI bucket painted in post office red colour with prior coat of red oxide paint and written with white paint ‘FIRE’ and mounted on MS angle iron frame with bracket of appropriate size & capacity i/c filling sand etc.

Supply and fixing of fire retardant electrically insulated synthetic mat of class B, 2.5 mm thick suitable for 11KV AC grade and 240V DC system meeting requirements of IS 15652:2006 tested for breakdown strength, tensile/elongation, aging properties, insulation resistance, effect to acid, alkaline, diesel, transformer oil & leakage current test, fire test etc. having minimum width of 1000 mm ± 20 mm along with all allied materials such as Pu-resin, Chemi bound, special PVC adhesive, liquid primer etc. in what so ever quantity required to complete the job as per site conditions and as per instructions from Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing shock treatment chart both in Hindi & English duly mounted on a wooden frame with 3 mm thick glass as reqd. (approximate front area 1.00 sq. metre)

Supply and fixing safety instruction chart both in Hindi & English duly framed with 3 mm thick glass as required. (approximate front area 1.00 sq. metre)

Supply of First aid box containing material as prescribed by St. John Ambulance brigade (Applicable for medium risk) OR Indian Red Cross conforming to IS 2217-1963 complete as required.

Providing & fixing danger plates made of mild steel at least 2 mm thick & vitreous enamelled white on both sides & with inscriptions in signal red colour on front side as read. High Voltage – size 250 mm x 200 mm

Supplying of rubber hand gloves suitable for 11KV as per IS standard.

Providing Single Line Diagram on 5mm thick Aluminium sheet in A0 size duly laminated as per IS standard
