Earth work excavation and foundation in all soils and Sub Soil to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and requiring the sides of foundation.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Brickwork in cm 1:5 (one cement and five sand) using countrybricks groundmoulded of size 23x11x7cm. For the following including curing, etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Cement concrete 1:1 1/2:3 mix using 20mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Supplying and fabricating, placing in position m.s. or R.T.S for all Reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including the cost of steel bindingwire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying etecting and shuttering including necessary supports for plane surfaces in foundation and basement and in all floors for slabs and beams with standard specifications.

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick. For RCC exposed slab and Sunshades complying with standard specifications and as directed etc completed

Paving the floor with pre-polished Concrete Anti-Skid step tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg/sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Weathering course concrete using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm in pure slacked lime over the RCC roof slab in th proportion of brick jelly to lime being32:12.5 by the volume and laid over a single layer and consolidated to the required dses

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 20 x 20 x 2cm of approved quality laid in CM 1:3, 12mm thick. With water proofing compound confirming to IS by 2% by weight of cement used & the joint pointed neatly to full depth

Distempering 2 coats with approved Distemper over one coat of Primaring Cement Paint cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface Cement Paint cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface cleaning, preparing the surface, curing, scaffolding charges etc., complete

Painting two coats of new Plastered works as with best approved quality of Exterior Emulsion of approved colour over the priming coats etc

Wiring with 2x1.50 sqm PVC unsheathed SC alu. Cable of 650V grade in PVC rigid pipe wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with TW switch box with wall, covered with hylem sheet of 3mm thick, with suitable colour
