REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE TO ROAD, PATH, INTERLOCKING PAVER BLOCK, KERB STONE, HARDSTANDING AND ROAD FURNITURE AT AF STN GURGAON UNDER GE (AF) GURGAON NO 1

Material and Labour scarifying & picking gravelled,macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm depth exc 50 mm and not exc 100mm deep, and removing n exc 50 metres and stacking complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 150mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM to be spread, levelled, rolled and compacted in two layers of 75mm thick each of granite,trap or basalt coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Each layer of 75mm WBM (compacted thickness) to be measured and paid separately.

Material and Labour for applying paving bitumen evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 Sqm of VG-10 grade for WBM surface complete all as spcified and directed.

Bituminous semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.50% binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-30 grade laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with power road roller exceeding 8 tonne and not exceeding 12 tonne, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud ect sweeping with brooms and finally cleaned surfaces with Air compresser to remove all loose dust of runsureced water bound macadam complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 5.00 above but for black top surface complete all as specified and direcred.

All as per item No 3.00 here-in-above but using bituminous primer @ 5Kg per 10 Sqm for black top surface complete all as specified and directed.

Bituminous semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.50% binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-30 grade laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with power road roller exceeding 8 tonne and not exceeding 12 tonne, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for painting lines dashes, arrows letters ect on roads pavement by applying thermoplastic paint confirming to IS: 164-1981 (First revision Reaffirmed in 1986) (5 Kg/Sqm) with glass beads potters (250 gms) 2 mm to 2.5 mm thick and 10 cm/ 15 cm wide strips on bituminous road surface and road marking (by Hot Mechanical process with Road Marking Machine) including complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5kg per 10 sq metre complete all as specified and directed.
