Cutting/Cropping of any type of rails by disc cutter of 60kg/60kg HH perfectly vertical with contractor own labour,materials,tools and plants etc as a complete job for creating proper gap for welding on cess/running,non running trackCut pieces should be deposited in the store of P.Way Incharge.

Greasing of pandrol clip in day shift as per direction of engineer-in-charge. Item rate for supplying and applying soft greases confirming to IS 408:1981 on leg of pandrol clip and inner surface and inner surface of SGCI Insert.The pandrol and insert should be cleaned by kerosene oil properly before applying greases.The item includes cost of greases,labour and consumable material as required as directed by the site in charge as a complete job.

Anti-corrosive painting of rail on running track on web, foot etc. including liner contact area (excluding bottom of foot) and fishing plane as per requirement with two coats of bituminous emulsion without mica (IP No. 56192 and RDSO Specification No. IRS-P-30-1996) of reputed make including surface preparation, i.e. cleaning with wire brush / sand paper as a complete job as per Para 250 of Indian Railways Permanent Way Manual. Note: 60% of payment shall be made if painting on one side is done.

Toe Laod measurement of tension clamps in ballastless track during night shift by ITI qualified/highly skilled personnel proficient device and other eqipments shall be provided by UPMRC which shall be returned in good condition after the works.

Grinding of high/low welds in running track to make the weld surface as per Annexure 10 of AT welding including cost of grinding stone, fuel, machinery, labours DG set/power supply, transportation etc as a complete job.

AT welding of rail joins in LWR of HH with modified SKV process of AT Welding on cess /in-situ to IRS specification (with latest amedment), pairing of rails and cleaning of welds by mehanical means complete job (portion will be suppied by LMRC) including LPG gas all tools and plants pre-fab moulds skilled and un-skilled labour ,technical supervisor finishing griding etc. to required standards of lmrc, painting of rail on either side of rail for a length of ten cm with anti corrosive black paint as complete job as per relevant specifications. This include all incidental charges like opening of fish plate, making proper gap by the cutting of rail ends wherwever required and providing wooden blocks below welded joints, cutting of rail will be paid seperaytely under relavent item. Trimming will be done by contractor's weld trimming M/C and finishing of joints will be done by using contractors own grinder.

Providing and injecting Epoxy based grout material conbextra EP10 of M/S fosroc or equvalent in the RCC plinth of track. The Epoxy grout shall be injected under the pressure as per site requirement with help of suitable pressure grouting machine during non traffic hours.

Thorough cleaning of track beds,track side area,drain of viaduct or U girder by broom,brush etc. as required and disposal of rubbish,muck etc. out of viaduct has to be done by contractor to the dumping ground approved by Nagar Nigam Kanpur with contractor's labour materials, etc tools and plants complete.The work has to be done in 30 days interval or as directed by engineer in charge

Extension of existing RCC Plinth including contractor's manpower and materials,T&P as per method of statement given in employer’s requirements

Cleaning/cutting and disposal of heavy grasses and bushes etc on the cess and slope area on both side of track along tracks . this work includes 1.Cleaning jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation grass,brush wood trees and sapling of girth upto 30cm and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50m outside the periphery of area cleaned.2)Providing unskilled labour for disposal of grass outside the preriphery of UPMRC Depot as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Installation of vossolh-336 iw fastening system in RCC plinth (14 four hole fastening set per plinth) including contractor's manpower,material and all tools and plants, required equipments as per method of statement given in employer's requirement clause .Fastening components will be provided by UPMRC

Providing trained and qualified manpower for 8 hours shift having a minimum qualification of ITI(NCVT/SCVT) in Fitter Trade for carrying various inspection of track such as Curve, Point inspection, etc. or any other track maintenance activities as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Age 21 to 28 years with B-1 Medical Category).

Providing Workman proficient in track works ( like Picking up of Slacks, packing, ballast dressing, track parameter rectification i.e. works other than mentioned in Schedule B (NDSR items)) including all T&P, PPE, Safety measures etc. as per direction of Engineer in charge.
