Construction of Kanha Gaushala

Excavation in Foundation in ordinary soil including lift upto 1.5 metre and lead upto 30 m and including filling watering and ramping of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer-in- Charge upto a distance of 30 m from the foundation trenches.

Cement concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone ballast approved coaarse sand and cement in the proportion of 1:3:6 incluning supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix 1:2:4 cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS:1791 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Cold twisted detormed (Ribbed/ Tor steel) Bars (Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-2008) , for R.C.C works, where not including in the complete rate of RCC including bending and binding placing in position complete

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Steel work in built up trusses , anchor bolt etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheet Roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J& L hooks bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G,I limpet washers or with white lead including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlaping of sheet complete and should be supplied in single length up to 12 meter or as desired by engineer in charge. Providing and fixing 15 cm wide, 45 cm overall semi-circular plain G.I. sheet gutter with iron brackets 40x3mm size, bolts, nuts and washers etc., including making necessary connections with rain water pipes complete. 0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete. 0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion . (i) Single socketed pipes.a) 110mm diameter

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying in situ seven course water proofing treatment with APP (Atactic poly-propylene) modified Polymeric memberane over roof consisting of first coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 litre per sqm, 2nd, 4th & 6th courses of bonding material @ 1.20 Kg/sqm,which shall consist of blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS : 702, 3rd and 5th layers of roofing membrane APP modified Polymeric membrane 1.5 mm thick of 2.25 Kg/sqm weight consisting of five layers prefabricated with centre core as 20 micron HMHDPE film sandwiched on both sides with polymeric mix and the polymeric mix is protected on both side with 20 micron HMHDPE film. 7th, the top most layer shall be finished with brick tiles of class designation 10 grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound by weight of cement over a 12 mm layer of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) and finished neat.
