Lifting of Borewell pump motor set 5HP to 20 HP from 40 Mtr depth (approx.) including and upto 100mm dia column pipe, shaft assembly, dismantling the pump set complete with the help of chainpully block and other T&P as required at site all complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning of borewell of size 150 mm to 250 mm with the help of air compressor and water jet by overflowing the silt deposited in the borewell without damaging the exiting casing pipe and perforated pipe any size of depth upto 60 mtr and disinfecting the borewell with the help of calcium hypochlorite based granulars. Note:- (i) Borewell will be cleaned till the entire satisfaction of JE/Engr-in-Charge. (ii) Cost of water bozer required for overflowing the silt will be included in the quoted rate.

Lowering of Borewell pumpmotor set 5 HP to 20 HP upto 40 Mtr depth (approx.) including and upto 100mm dia column pipe, shaft assembly, with the help of crane and other T&P as required at site complete with replacement of wornout / rusted nuts and bolts, painting to column pipe with one coat of rubber based paint, complete commissioning and testing for 8 Hrs continuous upto satisfaction complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Nut bolts, paint and T & P required to be replaced will be included in the quoted rate.

Supply, installation, jointing and testing in replacement cast iron column pipe 7mm thickness of size 200 mm dia dia with all fitings including welding and anytype of fitting required to make a joint all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and installation PVC Pipe 10 Kg/cm2 pressure of size 100 mm in replacement of old rusted broken PVC pipe of size 100 mm and jointing by socket, bend, tee or any type of PVC fitting all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, fixing and installation PVC Pipe 10 Kg/cm2 pressure of size 50 mm in replacement of old rusted broken PVC pipe of size 50 mm and jointing by socket, bend, tee or any type of PVC fitting all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement MCCB 4 pole 320 Amps, 415 volts, type 36 KA breaking capacity with adjustable thermal & magnatic setting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement starter 30HP with direct on line submersible pump PSE18 soft starter three phase star delta fully automatic 30 HP, overload relay range 32-104 (Amp) equivalent to ABB 1SFC132369M9901 or equivalent in make specified in Appendix 'B' complete all as specified and directed.

Labour and T&P for lifting of submersible pump set 30HP from 60 Mtr depth (approx.) including column pipe, Submersible cable complete with the help of chainpully block and other T&P as required at site transporting to civil workshop for repair & back after repair, lowering including replacement of rubber sheet, nuts & bolts connecting to existing system and testing on full load complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding submersible motor 30 HP three Phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz A/C with insulated copper wire of existing gauge including all insulating materials, complete assembling, connecting and testing on full load complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding and refixing after rewinding the same motor of Centrifugal pump of capacity 25 HP, three phase 415 volts, 50Hz AC with super enameled copper winding wire of suitbale size and gauge including insulating material, heating drying,re-assembling and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Labour and T&P for lifting of submersible pump set 2 HP to 15HP from 40 Mtr depth (approx.) including column pipe, SB cable complete with the help of chainpully block and other T&P as required at site transporting to civil workshop for repair & back after repair, lowering including replacement of rubber sheet, nuts & bolts connecting to existing system and testing on full load complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of submersible pump & motor of any capacity, any description and replacement of worn out/rusted nuts & bolts, reassembling after repair, connecting and testing all as directed. Note : (i) Rate of taking down of old unserviceable spare parts shall be included in quoted rate of this item. (ii) Supply of spare parts shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items.

M&L for repairing of sluice valve with opening and taking out old unservercible defective spindle and refix the same after taking out the spindle transporting to workshop for machine work in only old gun metal/stainless steel spindle by making new threads on lathe machine with check nut, rubber gasket, gland packing, nuts & bolts all as required at site and directed by Engineer-in-charge for the following sizes:-

M&L for maintenance and up keeping of all pump, motor and LT panels install inside any pump station the contractor is deemed to provide following:- (i) Checking and maintenance of all connections gauges etc all pump sets 50 HP capacity and endorse the status in register. (ii) Checking and maintenance of voltage meters, Amp meters and checking of RYB phase indicators, CTS incl all electrical connection of LT panel incl endorse the status in register. (iii) Checking and maintenance of leakage of transformer oil from starters all connections of moving auxillary, contacts coil, relays etc in all respect of oil immersed and electronic starters. Cont/-

Cont/- (iv) Arresting of leakage from pumps, sluice valves by filling gland etc and make the pump set leak proof. (v) Maintaining the allingment of pumpsets, maintaining the vibrations by filling necessary gland packing and allied works for avoiding the loss of pump sets due to mechanical faults and electrical faults to prevent the motor winding burning, damage of pump shafts, coupling, casing of pump sets etc and restrict the abnormal sounds in pump sets. Cont/- Note: (a) The necessary gland packing, rubber insertion sheets, insulation tape, grease, oil and nut bolts of any size shall be provided by the contractor and rates quoted deemed to. (b) T&P helpers for repair and maintenance are responsibiltiy of contractor without any extra cost. (c) Any defect found and not intimated by the technician, penalty of Rs. 5000 or cost of defect rectification which one is feasible will be accounted.

M&L for in repair of LT panel by replacement of the following items:- Note:- Panel shall be repaired by skilled technician having good knowledge of panel.
