PART-I (WATER COOLER) Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out the non-functional Water coolers of any description, any make and in any position, capacity 40 ltr to 150 ltr, including water connections, single phase, 50 Hz, strip opening, cleaning and servicing of the water cooler with using MAIC-DS solution, taking out and removing unserviceable/defective wiring & damaged/un-serviceable parts, replacement of the unserviceable and defective parts, necessary brazing, reassembling water cooler, restoring water supply connections and testing of the water coolers complete as all specified and directed by Engineer–in–charge. NOTE(i) The replacement of defective / nonfunctional parts shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply only” under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’/BOQ and fixing charges for new/ repaired items are deemed to be included under this item.(ii) Replacement of unserviceable / damaged body portions of the water coolers shall also be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A' as supply only but fixing/assembling element of new / repaired body parts with existing parts is deemed to be included under this item. (iii) Burnt out windings and internal wiring, if any, replaced, shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ for rewinding & supply only of internal wiring kit. (iv) The rates for above items are deemed to include for transportation to & fro of Water coolers to workshop as approved by Engineer-in-charge for necessary repairs and testing of Water coolers at workshop & replacement of necessary unserviceable screws/nuts/bots/ washers/ packing etc with new one. (v) Charging of gas, if required, shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'. However, vacuum and pressure leakage testing with nitrogen (N2), if any required, shall be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor for this item (vi) Rates quoted by the contractor for this item are also deemed to be included for de-scaling of chilled water pipe line including brazing of damaged portion of pipe line.

Supply and Charging of refrigerant Gas R-22 Mono chloro difluoro methane (CHCLF2) to make up the required pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repair single pole and nuetral sheet enclosure with two pin and earth plug and socket complete and including for with one single pole MCB 20 amp, 240 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only base Tray Stainless steel 40/60 ltr capacity water cooler of any make all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No 3.02 here-in-before but of capacity 60/120 ltr.

Supply only side cover stainless steel 40/60 ltr capacity water cooler of any make for water cooler complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No 3.04 but of capacity 60/120 ltr.

Supply only water storage tank with chiller as per existing capacity complete made of stainless steel suitable for 40/60 ltr. capacity including copper tube suitable for any make , complete all as specified and directed -by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only new sealed unit compressor for water coolers of existing make and model, as approved by GE including vacuum testing and filling of Refrigerant Gas to required pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - charge for the following capacity :-

(a) compressor suitable for 40 ltr capacity water cooler

(b) compressor suitable for 60 ltr capacity water cooler

(c) compressor suitable for 120 ltr capacity water cooler

(d) compressor suitable for 150 ltr capacity water cooler

Note for item No 4.01 & 4.04 : (i) The cost of fixing, brazing to suction and discharge line and testing of compressor at site shall be included in quoted rate of Schedule `A'/BOQ item No.1.00 here-in-before. (ii) Refrigerant gas for charging of compressors shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this Schedule.

Supply and fixing in repair fan blade of any type and any description suitable for water cooler of capacity 40 Ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair fan blade of any type and any description suitable for water cooler of capacity 60 Ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC connection 15mm dia bore, 450mm long with both ends brass screwed socket and having high density pressure pipe . complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in- charge.

PART- II (REFERIGERATOR) Disconnecting and taking out the non-functional Refrigerator of any description and in any position, strip opening of Refrigerator 165 Ltr. to 330 Ltr. Capacity, cleaning and servicing, taking out un-serviceable / defective parts/spares and internal wiring, replacement of un-serviceable parts/spares like Relay, capacitor, wiring , over load protector, Compressor, inner liner Puff, evaporator, freezer, condenser, Lamp & holders etc. necessary brazing, reassembling and testing all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note- (i) Replacement of un-serviceable parts shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of sch ‘A’ as supply only but fixing and testing charge of the parts replaced / repaired shall be included in quoted rate of above item. (ii) The rates for above items shall include for transportation to & fro of Refrigerators to workshop as approved by Engineer-in-charge for necessary repairs and testing of Refrigerators at workshop & replacement of necessary unserviceable screws/nuts/bots/ washers/ packing etc with new one (iii) Charging of gas, if required, shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'. However, vacuum and pressure leakage testing with nitrogen (N2), if any required, shall be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor for this item

PART- III (DESERT COOLER) Disconnecting and taking out the defective / non-functional desert cooler of any description and in any position and any floor installed at direct approach ( where any ladders and other T&P are not required to remove the desert cooler from position), strip opening of desert cooler, cleaning, servicing, oiling & greasing etc of desert cooler, taking out and removing unserviceable / defective parts and internal wiring, replacement of unserviceable & damaged parts and internal wiring, re-assembling & testing of the desert cooler all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note: - (i) The replacement of defective / nonfunctional parts shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply only” under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ and fixing charges for new items are deemed to be included under this item .and replacement of unserviceable / damaged body portions i.e. panels / switch board / bottom / top / grills / frame etc. of the desert cooler shall also be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'. (ii) Burnt out windings replaced, shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ for rewinding. (iii) The rates for above items are deemed to include for transportation to & fro of vertical pumps/fan motors to workshop as approved by Engineer-in-charge for necessary repairs, alignment and testing of pump and motors at workshop & replacement of necessary unserviceable screws/nuts/bolts/washers/ packing etc with new one.
