Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) in foundation trenches, drains, pipes and cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5mtr in width or 10sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5mtr including getting out excavated soil and disposal of surplus soil as directed, within a lead of 50 mtr. (All Kind of Soil 70% and Ordinary Rock 30%).

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) over areas (Exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5 M in width as well as 10 Sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50 M and lift upto 1.50 M, disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed in all kind of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work up to plinth level in 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10graded stone aggregate) 40mm nominal size crushed.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work upto plinth level 1:3:6 grade (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) Crushed.

Providing and laying of in position cement concrete in retaining walls return walls, wall (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, butteresses, string or laces, courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, sunken floors fillets etc. upto floor five level, excluding the cost of centring, shuttering and finishing: 1 : 3 :6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) crushed.

Providing and laying DPC 50mm thick with cement concrete in 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position of reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All work upto plinth level.

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete TMT bars.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :-

Foundation, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Walls (any thickness) incl. attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth & string course etc.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls under 20 cms size.

Hand packed stone in wire crates incl. cost of stones and cost of Crates (Complete job) as per directions of Engineer in charge (Crate size 6.00mtr x 1.20mtr x 1.20mtr).

Providing, laying watering and compacting in layers not exceeding 200mm thick with 80-100 KN road roller, river bed material free of organic material mixed with coarse aggregate / round Nalla shingle maximum aggregate size 75 mm including carriage from source of supply to site of work inclusive of all leads and lifts complete

Filling available excavated earth (excl. rock) in trenches, plinth sides of foundation etc in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth; consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brushwood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30cm measured at height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. With material conforming to Grade-l (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-30

Providing and Laying WBM Gr-II (with speacified stone aggergrates Stone screenings and binding Material complete including sorting , spreading to templete and consiolidations with power Road Roller 8 to 10 ton capacity etc. and base stone aggerate 63 mm to 45 mm size incl. stone screning size 13.20mm.

Providing and laying of Hume Pipe with coller in proper position, alignment, grade including cost hume pipe 1.00 mtr dia compete (as per directions of engineer in charge).

Carriage of material by Mechanical Transport including loading / unloading and stacking at site complete.

Sand for an avg. Lead of 20.00 kms.

Stone aggregate above 40mm size for an avg. lead of 8.00 Kms.

Stone aggregate below 40mm size for an avg. lead of 8.00 Kms.
