Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc,or for shaft, wall, cesspits, manholes pier holes etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete type D2 (1:4:8 ) using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Brick work with subclass ' B' brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Use & waste of formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup-ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc finish with rough finish flat surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC nominal mix type B-1(1:2:4) as in roof Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span with 20 mm graded aggregates complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, incl cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, slabs, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for steel reinforcement of TMT bars (FE-500 Grade) not exc 8 mm dia as in stirrups cut to length and bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking end and binding with mild steel wire ( annealed ) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 externally and finished even and smooth ( without using extra cement ) complete all as specified and directed.
