Supply and fixing in replacement, factory made indoor type bus bar chamber box , wall mounted type made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated single door of size 60cmx60cmx30cm having insulated copper bus bar of capacity 200Amps three phase, installed on porcelain insulator, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of factory made tested (Including CPRI type tested certificate) LT panel board cubical outdoor type of size 0.90 x 0.60 x 0.30 mtrs, suitable for, 415 volts 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated copper bus bar of rating 200 Amp installed on porcelain/SMC insulator. Finding/locate fault in HT 11KV grade cable of any size and depth, within 1.0Km length or more with the help of cable fault locator instrument of latest design, cable laid in trenches, floor or pipe and rectification the same, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 1.63 here-in-before but in LT 1100 Volts grade cable, complete all as specified and directed. Note for serial Item No. 1.63 & 1.64 (i) The fault shall be rectified within 6hrs from receiving complaint telephonically/SMS by JE or AGE E/M , if the fault is not rectified within 6hrs, the penalty of Rs. 5000.00 per hour shall be recovered from the contractor. (ii) The number of fault occurred within 1KM length in same location shall be treated as one fault.

Note(s) :- (i) RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 80mm thick reinforced with XPM not less than 4Kg/Sqm. (ii) PCC chamber shall be constructed 500 mm away from the edge of earth pit. (iii) Rate shall include GI strip and protection pipe of length 7.5m, excess beyond 7.5m length required at site shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Earth resistance should be less than 3Ohm. In case the test results are not found below 3Ohm, complete earthing will be redone without any extra cost to Govt.

WATER SUPPLY AND SEWAGE INSTALLATIONS

Taking out defective submersible pump & motor set 6 to 8 stage, 700-900 LPM at 112mtr head of any dia upto 150mm from bore well with the help of chain pulley after disconnecting electrical connections from motor starter, disconnecting the column pipe from supply pipe line, opening each column pipe by unscrewing nut bolt, rubber packing of each column pipe, submersible cable and keeping a side for reuse the number of column pipe to be taken out upto 24-28 Nos. alongwith submersible cable, for repair / replacement of parts to make it fully functional, reassembling the same after repair, lowering/ installation to its original position, electric connection of input/ output electric supply, connecting the column pipe to supply pipe line testing to its full load capacity at least for 4 hours and all other relevant tests including any minor repair, replacement of rubber gasket for column pipe etc. transportation to workshop and vice-versa, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of submersible motor 25 to 35 HP 415 volts 50 Hz 3 phase AC electric supply, taking out the burnt winding of stator, removal of burnt insulation material from the slots, cleaning the stator slots and preparation for rewinding the same and material and labour for winding the stator of motor with PVC insulated copper wire of standard size and superior quality copper winding wire as per the existing gauge including the F class insulation materials, turning, balancing & alignment of rotor etc. to get the proper RPM and torque & tested to its full load capacity complete all as specified and directed Note :- Spare parts required to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately as 'Supply only'.

Opening of pump set 6 to 8 stage, 700-900LPM at 112mtr head for repair and replacement of unserviceable parts, reassembling the same after repair, machining work of impeller housing, remetaling of pump shaft, grinding, scraping, cleaning and balancing the same to make it fully functional at the full load capacity including turning, balancing & alignment of shaft etc. reassembling of complete Pump & Motor set and testing on completion for the entire satisfaction of Engineer – in - Charge all as directed. Note:- Spare parts required to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately as 'Supply only'.

Supply only sodium Hypo chlorite( NaOCL) chemical solution conforming to IS-1673/86 having chloride content 10 % by weight (bleach liquid solution) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge. Note : Chemical solution shall be supplied by the contractor as on requirement basis through out the currency of the contract .Therefore the contractor shall procure the chemical solution in piecemeal as per requirement .The material shall be deposited with AGE E/M-1 (A/F) Barwala and RV shall be prepared accordingly. Plastering in CM 1:4, 15mm thick to the internal & external surfaces of the damaged portions of the reservoir and staging and applying two coats of cement base paint to the external surface of the reservoir and staging. Painting with black synthetic enamel paint to the all CI pipe line and other MS work etc fitted with the RCC OH reservoir and staging including making a block in Synthetic enamel paint 1mtr in height black base and writing in 50mmx50mm size letters with white synthetic enamel paint, DATE OF TANK CLEANING complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation & earth work in any type soil for locating the leakage in existing cast iron water mains any type/size 100mm bore (including all fittings) and rectifying the leakage complete all as specified and directed and refilling and compacting the soil. Note: Any CI fittings/specials, joint & jointing material etc required for the rectification of leakage shall be measured & paid for separately.

All as per Serial Item No 3.45 here-in-before but CI pipe of 150mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation & earth work in any type soil for locating the leakage in existing GI water mains any type/size upto 25mm bore (including all fittings) and rectifying the leakage complete all as specified and directed and refilling and compacting the soil. Taking down desert cooler of any make/capacity carefully and scraping old paint completely and painting with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after filling the cavities of MS Sheet with filler (outer surface) and 2 coats of black Japan paint complete (bottom and sides) all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Taking down and re-fixing in the same position after painting work shall be deemed to include in the unit rate of this item.

Taking down to split type AC operated on 240 volts single phase AC electric supply of any make/type capacity 1.5/2.0 ton, both internal/external unit of AC, dry cleaning with blower/vacuum cleaner, washing with soap solution and cleaning with water pressure through jet, make it fully serviceable. Transportation to the other location, fixing including necessary hold fast etc and testing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Any material required to make it fully functional shall be measured and paid separately.
