Contractor will quote his rate (percentage) below or above only for Part-A ie.e. Construction Cost of BOQ. 2) Routine Maintenance of Roads, there is lump sum provision for each year of maintenance. The Payments will be based on satisfactory performance of routine maintenance activities.
