Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 m wide and not exc. 1.50 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soils complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated surplus soils to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete including use and waste of form works complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete including use and waste of form works complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Centrifugally cast (spun) Ductile iron pressure pipe class K-7 of 80 mm bore (as per IS 9523/2000, PN 10) of any length with socket & spigot confirming to IS : 8329/2000 (latest amendement) ISI marked, in standard length with cement mortar lining inside the pipes with outside zinc coating with finished layer of black bitumen / blue expoxy synthentic resin laid in trenches and testing complete all as specified and directed. Make :- TATA / Electrosteel / Jindal. Note :- For jointing of DI pipe necessary titan ring joint and accessaries will be measured and paid saparetly under revent items.

All as per Sl item No.6 above but 150 mm bore.

M&L for Titan joint gasket suibatle for 80/100mm bore DI pipe, including testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting of CI/DI pipe in position, including jointing socket etc complete with necessary tools and plants of size 200/300mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Sluice valve 80mm bore with both end flanged with iron wheel handle for clockwise closing brass spindle heavy duty PN-1.6 class. Conforming to IS-14846/2000 including gasket joint nut, bolts & washers all as requirement of site with necessary nut bolts washers etc complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Koloto / Kriloskar / Leader.

All as per Sl item No.10 above but Sluice valve 100 mm bore.

M&L for DI Fitting any size for spigot and socketed pipes, such as bends tappings any type, tee pieces single branch, T junction, double branches, cross, collars, caps & plugs etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 1200 x 1200 x 1200 mm (internal dimensions) with and including one brick thick wall built in CM (1:4) over 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, and 15 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on internal & exposed external surface upto 15 cm below GL, valve pit cover made with 3.15 mm thick MS sheet, openable in two leafs with necessary locking arrangement, hinges, handles, 40 x 40 x 5 mm angle iron frame fixed on top of valve pit using MS flat iron 40 x 5 mm hold fast 150 mm long, embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including painting MS cover and frame with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and including necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.
