WORK FOR REPLACMENT OF B PHASE 145KV BUSHING GASKET FOR ATTENDING THE OIL LEAKAGE OF 160 MVA TRANSFORMER BHEL MAKE NO HAVING SL NO 2007463 AT 220 KV SUBSTATION GAJRAULA UNDER ETD AMROHA

Work of replacement of Gasket & attending the oil leakage of 160 MVA T/F-II (BHEL MAKE) at 220 KV S/S Gajraula under ETD-Amroha.

Drain out of the T/F oil from 160 MVA T/F-II (BHEL Make) tank into empty oil drums/20KL oil tanker including opening of value and filling in empty oil drums and proper stacking. Approx 12 KL.

Shifting of T/F oil Tanker from existing place to site loaction within Substation including cleaning of tank from inside.

Dismentaling of following detailled Bushings and its Turrets including opening of all connecting pipe lines of different size inlet, oulet valves (a) 220KV side Y-phase -01No., (b) 132KV Side R,Y & B -phase-03Nos. (B-phase bushing leakage from top porcelain Joint) (c) 11KV side -03Nos (d) Neutral -01No. (e) Inspection covers-04Nos, Buholz relay-01No, OSR-03Nos, PRV-02Nos, OLTC tank cover -03No, MOG-02Nos for replacement of gaskets.

Replacement of Following rating Bushing turret geskets of size 8/10mm of Nu-cork/ rubberized cork sheet Konica make of 160MVA BHEL make Transformer. (i)Providing and making 220KV side Y-ph Turret gasket

(ii) Providing and making 220KV side Y-ph Bushing gasket

(iii) Providing and making 132KV side Turret gasket

(iv) Providing and making 132KV side Bushing gasket

(v) Providing and making LV side Bushing gasket

(vi) Providing and making N side Bushing gasket

Preparation of gasket of size 8/10mm of Nu-cork/ rubberized cork sheet Konica make of following sizes Bushing Inspection covers. (i) 11KV Tertiary Housing Top & Bottom plate gasket of size 1500mmX550mm

(ii) HV side Inspection Cover of size 600mmX500MM

(iii) LV side Inspection Cover of size 450mmX300mm

Replacement of old and damaged gasket of OLTC Top cover and 12/16mm 'O' rings or as per site requirements gasket of size 8/10mm of Nu-cork/ rubberized cork sheet Konica make of 160MVA BHEL make Transformer.

Replacement of old and damaged gasket of following equipments of size 6/8mm of Nu-cork/ rubberized cork sheet Konica make of 160MVA BHEL make Transformer. (i) Providing and making Oil Surge relay gasket

(ii) Providing and making Bucholz relay gasket

(iii) Providing and making MOG gasket

(iv) Providing and making 2'' Dia Valve gasket

(v) Providing and making PRV gasket

(vi) Providing and making Flow meter gasket

(vii) Providing and making oil pump gasket

Erection of following detailled Bushings and its Turrets including opening of all connecting pipe lines of different size inlet, oulet valves (a) 220KV side Y-phase -01No., (b) 132KV Side R,Y & B -phase-03Nos. (Replacement of B-ph Defective Bushing by same rating spare Bushing provided by department.) (c) 11KV side -03Nos (d) Neutral -01No. (e) Inspection covers-04Nos, Buholz relay-01No, OSR-03Nos, PRV-02Nos, OLTC tank cover -03No, MOG-02Nos for replacement of gaskets.

Replacement of 19mm dia MS Pipe between Bushing houshing and main conservator pipe including fabrication of flanges, cutting, bending, welding and making holes etc as per site requirements. Pipe, Flanges and gasket will under scope of contractor.

Centrifusing of T/F Oil already filled in oil tanker taking the IR/BDV value oil T/F Oil at an interval of 6 Hrs. as per norms of T/F manufacturer. After achieving the desired value, top up the centrifuged T/F at required level (Centrifuging Machine, BDV and PPM testing machine shall be provide by the contractor).
