TERRACE PUMPS Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Motor driven Centrifugal End Suction Pump Set for fire fighting system of following capacity & head along with all accessories with CI casing, Stainless Steel shaft, standard fittings, bronze impeller, love joy coupling to the electrical driven TEFC, squirrel cage induction motor suitably rated, with synchronous speed not exceeding 3000 rpm, Class-F insulation, IP-55, rated to operate at 415 v +/- 10%, 50 Hz +/- 3%, 3 phase AC supply, including supply of MS common base plate frame and installing pump set on it alongwith suitable cement concrete foundation (design and drawing to be provided by contractor), foundation bolts, coupling guard, anti vibration pads and other accessories & connecting and jointing with suction & delivery piping with necessary reducers, enlargers, flanges etc, complete as per specifications, drawings and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge. Providing weather proof hood fabricated from 5 mm. thick UV stabilised FRP above each pump & motor to protect it from weather as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.

i) 450 LPM at 40 m head NB: 1) The cost of all the items mentioned above are to be included under this item and no extra payment shall be made. 2) The sketch/ drg of weather proof cover is to be got approved by E-I-C before fabrication of the same.

M.S SEAMLESS PIPES Supply, Installation, Testing and Commisioning of MS seamless pipe of following Sizes and conforming to ASTM 106 A, Grade B with all fittings, flanges, jointing, supports (Support for piping shall be paid separately) and painting with two coats of anti corrosion paints over two coats of red oxide primer (for laying above ground) and including providing wrapping with 4 mm thick PYPKOTE(corrision protection tape) with adhesive / coats as required(for laying underground) including all the hardware, complete in all respects of work, all as per drawings, specifications and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge. NB : 1) Making of flanged joints including providing fasteners, blind flanges and gaskets shall be measured under pipelength of this item and no extra payment shall be made. 2) Pipe support shall be paid under Item no. 514

SINGLE OUTLET HYDRANT LANDING VALVE Supply, Installation, testing & commisioning of Single Outlet Hydrant landing valve of oblique Morris pattern Stainless Steel (SS-304) landing valve with C.I./ S.S. hand wheel, detachable stainless steel female coupling, conforming to IS-5290/BS-5041 having instantaneous coupling, having 63 mm dia. blank cap and chain conforming to IS-901 to suit the hosepipes, including nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets, with necessary fittings like tees etc. testing the unit, painting the Hydrant landing valve with 2 coats of signal red paint over a coat of Zinc reached primer, all as per specifications and as directed by E-I-C.

2 WAY SIAMESE CONNECTIONS Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Siamese connections having two numbers of 63 mm diameter G.M/SS inlet (instantaneous male coupling) along with one number 100 mm diameter C.I. double flange non return valve of rating PN 1.6 conforming to IS 5312 with G.M working parts, one number 50 mm dia G.M drain valve of class-2 conforming to IS 778 and fittings all connected to 100 mm diameter MS pipe with necessary fittings including blank caps, flanges and joints, welding etc. and supplying and fixing of inlet housing box made out of 14 gauge M.S Sheet with angle and frame of suitable size and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of approved primer over pipes and housing box and white enamel paint inside housing box complete in all respects as per specification and as instructed by E-I-C.

HOSE REEL WITH DRUM Providing & fixing rubber hose reel of 20 mm diameter x 37 m along with swinging drum along with high pressure braided rubber hose conforming to IS 884 including 8 mm diameter SS cut off nozzle on one end, wall mounting type, necessary brackets suitable for wall mounting, fixing on wet riser cum downcomer including connecting the other end to the wet riser cum downcomer by providing necessary connecting nipple/coupling, nuts, bolts etc. and providing & fixing 20 mm dia G.M. peet valve of approved make all complete including painting (the drum and brackets shall be painted with two coats of signal red enamel paint from outside and white enamel paint from inside) & as shown and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.

HOSE CABINET Supply, installation & commissioning of 1.6 mm thick MS sheet metal hose cabinet of size 750x650x250 mm for accomodating 02 nos. of hose pipes (measured & paid seperately under relevent SOQ item) and SS-304 branch pipe with nozzle or hosy branch pipe with nozzle. The box shall have front glass door lock with angle iron frame. The hose pipe box shall be fixed with Hilti make Anchor Fastner on the wall or nut bolts (in case of stand in open space) as shown in the drawing and as directed by EIC. The MS box shall be painted with two coats of signal red enamel paint from outside and white enamel paint from inside. The scope also includes supplying of gun metal / stainless steel branch pipe of 63 mm dia. fitted with detachable hexagonal nozzle of 19 mm dia. conforming to IS : 903 or universal pattern as per IS : 2871. The branch pipe with detachable nozzle shall be placed in the hose cabinet complete in all respect as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.

HOSE PIPE (For Hydrants, Landing Valve) Supply and installation of Unlined Flax Canvas (hose pipe) for fire fighting conforming to RRL fire hose type A or Synthetic Fibre Woven-Jacket (SFWJ) Elastomeric fire hose type B conforming to IS:636 all with ISI marks as required and of approved make and of 63 mm dia & 15 mtrs length, fitted with male and female SS coupling confirming to IS:903, ISI marks with guaranteed bursting pressure of 35.7 kg/sq.cm and complete as per the technical specifications and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge. Each set shall comprise of 2 hose pipes.

PRESSURE GAUGES (Range of 0 - 10 Kg/cm2) Supply, installation testing and commisioning of pressure gauges of SS material with dial not less than 150 mm dia of appropriate range and complete in all respects with shut off gauge, cocks , all fittings etc, duly calibrated before installation in MKS and FPS units and duly tested after installation as per drawing and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.

AIR RELEASE VALVES Providing and fixing 20/25 mm dia. (PN - 1.6, Type-S1, Flanged, ISI marked) air release valve conforming to IS - 14845 : 2000 with Double Flange isolating valve (pressure rating PN 1.6) including making necessary flanged joints and providing all fitting materials nuts, bolts etc. and providing T on the pipeline for its installation at site all as per technical specification, drawings and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M.S. SUPPORTS/ STRUCTURE Supply, cutting, fabrication, welding, erecting & fixing in position of M.S. support/structure (angle, channel, beam, plate, chequered plate etc.) for steps and other purpose (not applicable for items for which supports are already included in the item) including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make & shade over a coat of approved steel primer all as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge. Material shall conform to IS-2062.

VALVE CHAMBERS Construction of brick masonary valve chambers made out of 230 mm thick brick masonry in cement mortar 1:4 over a bed of 150 mm thick cement concrete of grade M-15 for foundation with 150 mm extended all round the walls, including providing and fixing suitable size staircase for landing inside the chamber. The staircase shall be fabricated out of 25 mm dia. M.S pipe and 6 mm thick M.S Sheet suitably painted with 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint. Racking out joints & plastering in cement mortar 1:3, 20 mm thick both on internal and external surfaces, internal surfaces finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement. Providing 6 mm thick Aluminum chequered plate in sectional construction with suitable lifting arrangement and painting. It shall be complete as per technical specifications, drawings and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge. NB.: The cost of all the items mentioned above is to be included under this item and no extra payment shall be made.

UPRIGHT SPRINKLERS Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 15 mm dia upright sprinkler with quartzoid bulb and set to operate at 68° C [Upright type Sprinkler (K-80), FM & UL approved] and complete in all respects as per specifications and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.

FLEXI DROPS Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of sprinkler flexible drop pipes made of corruggated SS tubing to withstand 16 bar pressure with welded reducer on one end to directly accomadate sprinkler & female checknut on the other end to connect to the branch pipe with supports complete [Length 1.5 mtr, FM & UL approved]

FIRE ALARM VALVE Supplying, installation and fixing in position 150 mm dia fire sprinkler alarm valve HD / TYCO make with inlet and outlet connections, pressure gauges etc complete as per drawings, technical specifications and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.

FIRE EXTINGUISHERS

Proividing & fixing of Dry Chemical Powder (ABC) type fire extinguisher of 04 Kg capacity either portable or trolley mounted as per approved make fitted with pressure indicating gauge, internal tube, squeeze lever type valve fully charged with ABC powder (Mono Ammonium Phosphate) pressured by Nitrogen complete in all respects including wall suspension bracket and conforming to IS 15683-2006. The Fire extinguisher shall be supplied and placed without any damage, scratches and loss of accessories as per specifications and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing & fixing of CO2 type fire extinguisher of 4.5 Kg capacity either portable or trolley mounted, highly effective against B & C class of fire, having ISI certification mark, having flat base including valve, discharge hose & complete in all respects including initial fill with CO2 gas conforming to IS 15683:2006, wall suspension bracket as required & as per instructions of Engineer In Charge. The Fire extinguisher shall be supplied and placed without any damage, scratches and loss of accessories as per specifications and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.

PART - I :-Civil Works PART I-A : SUB STRUCTURE

Earth work excavation over areas by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means to required profile, level, grade, camber etc. in all soils as mentioned below (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.50m in width as well as 10sqm on plan area) for mass excavation including dressing of excavated area, filling the plinth/ low spots/ areas with approved excavated earth in layers not exceeding 150 mm, watering, consolidation to obtain 90% proctor density etc. and stacking/ disposing the surplus excavated materials within a lead of 300 m and all inherent lifts etc. to the required location etc complete all as per specification, drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Routine Lateral load testing of single pile with free pile head for working capacity of 4.7T in accordance with IS 2911 (Part-4) latest for determining safe allowable lateral load on pile etc. complete as per drawing, as per technical specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Cement concrete for the following works at all levels and locations of specified mix using graded stone aggregate of 20mm. maximum size including necessary form work, machine mixing, transporting, placing in position, consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Nominal reinforcement if provided shall be measured & paid under relevant item.

P C C M-10 grade in bed concrete to foundations, pedestals, encasing etc.

PCC grade M15 in sub base flooring, plinth protection , storm water drain, foot path , pavement, coping haunches etc.

Extra for providing RMC (Ready Mixed Concrete) confirming to IS : 4926 (latest) in lieu of conventional RCC and PCC items supplied by approved RMC manufactures for all type of structural elements/ RCC elements including transporting, pumping etc. complete as per instruction of the Engineer in charge. Notes: i) The contractor shall obtain prior approval of RMC manufacturer from Engineer in Charge in writing. ii) This item shall be measured in addition to the original items of RCC and PCC mentioned elsewhere in schedule of quantities substructure., iii) The rate shall apply for all levels and locations including all type of structure etc. complete. iv) Extra for RMC in lieu of conventional RCC and PCC of any grade mentioned elsewhere including SWD etc. shall be measured and paid under this item for sub structure

Providing, erecting, fixing in position striking / removing and cleaning steel / timber shuttering & centering for form work in foundation, plinth at all levels and locations for all geometrical shapes in plain, curved surfaces of structural / RCC elements including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, props, rails, bracings, brackets, cutting holes for pipes etc., providing & applying approved form oil on all surfaces of form work coming in contact with concrete including close hacking of all exposed concrete work after removal of form work, all materials, labour etc. all complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note:- a) Area of form work in contact with concrete shall only be measured for payment. (stop boards for construction joints will not be measured for payment). b) The rate of formwork shall include all type of structural / RCC elements and geometric shapes including circular and any other curved surfaces.

Reinforcement for RCC work including supplying, delivering, storing of various diameters as required at site of work including loading, unloading, transporting, decoiling, straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position at all locations & levels and binding with 18 gauge, soft drawn annealed steel binding wire including carrying out various tests as required etc. all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Thermo Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D manufactured by SAIL, TATA STEEL, JSW and RINL only. Note:- The cost of binding wire shall be borne by the contractor and binding wire shall not be measured for payment.

Brick masonry work in foundation and plinth, cable pits, trench, steps, storm water drain, footpath etc. at all locations using well burnt bricks from approved lot, of class designation 7.5 (classification as per IS 1077-1992 and min. average compression strength not less than 7.50 N/mm2 ) in C.M 1: 6 to correct line, level and plumb including raking out joints / simultaneous flush pointing with cement mortar 1:4, curing etc. complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer in charge. Notes for brick masonry:- i) One brick wall thickness shall be considered as 230 mm & lesser wall thickness if any shall be made up accordingly by the contractor by applying cement mortar of mix 1:4 in proper line, level & plumb without any extra,cost to the department. ii) The rate shall include cost of making the brick masonry to all geometrical shapes and sizes without any extra cost to the Department. iii) The contractor shall get approved the samples of bricks from the Engineer-In- Charge before procurement on large scale and shall maintain the same for the entire work iv) Necessary openings, nitches, cut-outs, wherever required as per drawings and asked for by the Engineer-In-Charge, shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost.

Cement plaster in single coat of 20mm thickness with cement mortar 1:4 mix for internal brick/concrete surfaces for all walls and beams flush with walls, mullions , UG tank, cable pits, trenches, chambers, steps, storm water drain, top of coping etc. at all levels, heights, slopes and location on plane or curved surfaces including preparing the surface even and smooth to correct line, level, plane and plumb including scaffolding, curing etc complete as per drawing, specification and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Notes for plastering works a) Before commencement of plastering, the area shall,be cleaned, wetted and shall be marked with 'Thiyyas' or 'Tapanis' and shall be got approved by the Engineer in Charge. b) No extra claim/cement consumption shall be entertained by the Department for the plastering done more than the specified thickness shown in the schedule of quantities, to bring the plastered surface to perfect line, level and plumb with adjoining columns and beams.

20mm thick smooth finish in two coats with a coat of neat cement with 2% water proofing compound.

Sand faced plaster in two coat cement finish with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers specifications.

Providing & spreading of red garden soil free from stones, pebbles, grass , weeds etc. at site brought from outside borrow as per specification and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The measurements will be taken as per truck body diamensions filled with red soil without any deduction for voids.

Disposing off the surplus excavated materials /debris etc. beyond initial lead as mentioned in relevant items by mechanical transport to the near by dumping pits/ dumping areas inside campus with all leads including all lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, spreading, levelling etc. complete as per drawings, specifications & as directed by the Engineer in charge., Note :- i) Voids @ 20% for soils and 50% for soft rock/ hard rock shall be deducted from fully loaded truck measurements to arrive at the net quantity for payment in case direct measurement is not possible. ii) Royalty for excavation, transportation, filling of earthwork etc. including obtaining permission from statutory authority, if any shall be borne by the contractor.

Providing and laying dry rubble stone hard core soling of following consolidated thickness in sub base to floor, in plinth protection, footpath and other miscellaneous works to required levels and lines with first quality rubble, hand set, well packed including filling the interstices with smaller stone chips, supplying & finishing / blinding the surfaces with approved blinding quality moorum including watering, consolidation etc. complete as per specification, drawings & as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supplying and spreading pesticides CHLORPYRIPHOS or other chemical approved by central insecticides board as directed by the manufacturer and spraying the mixture uniformly by sprayer as pre-construction anti-termite treatment (at the rate of 7.5 liters per sq.m. on vertical surface and 5 ltrs. per sq.m. on horizontal surfaces(or as directed by the manufacturer ) within the trenches, 50% of the emulsion to be filled in the holes made in trenches at 150mm. centre to centre etc. complete as per IS 6313 Part-II. (The payment will be made on the basis of plinth area measurement only at ground floor/stilt area for all stages of operation and vertical face will not be measured for payment) all complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in ,charge Notes :- a) This item will be executed through approved agency who is a member of Indian Pest Control Association, approved by Central Insecticides Board. b)The contractor shall have to furnish ten years guarantee in the prescribed proforma as per Section-10(iv) Conditions and clauses of contract-2008 to maintain the anti-termite treated area/structure free from termite. c) Prior approval of Engineer in Charge shall be obtained after testing the chemical for antitermite to be used and shall be tested in approved laboratory and to be submitted to Engineer in Charge. Cost of testing shall be included in the rates quoted.

Providing and laying damp proof course 50mm thick at plinth level in cement concrete 1:2:4 using 10mm. maximum size and down graded stone aggregate, mixed with approved water proofing compound at 2% by weight of cement laid to levels, slopes etc. including applying a coat of hot bitumen of grade 80/100 at 17 kg./10 sq.m. including cost of form work, curing all complete as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing random rubble masonry with rough dressed hard stone below plinth in foundation, plinth, retaining wall, culverts, storm water drains and other structures etc. in cement mortar 1:6 including through stone, header stone, bond stone, quoins etc. well packed including filling the interstices with smaller stone chips, striking, raking out joints & finishing the joints, including scaffolding, curing etc. all complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Cement pointing to random rubble masonry wall with cement mortar 1:3 including raking out joints, pointing neatly and finishing the joints, curing scaffolding etc. complete all as per specification, drawing and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing following class RCC Hume pipe of following sizes, laying / burrying underground including making holes in masonry/ concrete work wherever required, making good the holes after laying the hume pipe with collar joints for required class using stiff mixture of cement mortar (1:2) and sealing open ends with wooden bush(only for electrical cable entry humes pipes) and remaining open for road crossing, culverts and storm water drain etc. all complete as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

PART I-B : SUPER-STRUCTURE (STRUCTURAL) Notes :- Super structure items included in this schedule pertain to all the works above plinth level upto roof including parapets, water tanks,machine room, terrace level works etc. unless specified otherwise.

Reinforced cement concrete of grade M-30 in super structure conforming to IS 456-2000, at all floors and levels for all structural members in all geometrical shapes / design using graded stone aggregate of 20mm and down graded including machine mixing, conveying, placing in position, mechanical consolidation, finishing, curing, etc. complete all as per drawings, specifications & as directed by Engineer in Charge. Notes for reinforced cement concrete a) All RCC works shall be controlled concrete unless otherwise specified and shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge., b) The minimum cement content for water tank shall not be less than 330 kg/cum and not more than 400 kg/cum. c) The rates for RCC works shall be exclusive of cost of reinforcement and form work unless otherwise mentioned. d) All coarse aggregate to be 20mm. maximum size and uniformly graded unless otherwise mentioned. e) For all RCC items, the rates quoted shall include the following without any extra cost to the Dept. i) Fixing at correct level and in proper alignment the inserts, pipe sleeves, pipe bends, fan hooks, lift hook, other pipe, specials etc.supplied by / through the Department. ii) Cut outs,nitches,pockets , construction joints etc. f) Test for concrete shall be done as per IS 456-2000 and the cost of the same shall be borne by the contractor.

For all type of structural / RCC elements

Extra for providing RMC (Ready Mixed Concrete) conforming to IS 4926 (Latest) in lieu of conventional RCC items, supplied by approved RMC manufacturers including transportation, pumping etc. complete as per instruction of Engineer in Charge. Notes: i) The contractor shall obtain prior approval of RMC manufacturer from Engineer in Charge in writing. ii) The rate shall apply for all levels and locations including all type of structure etc. complete. iii) Extra for RMC in lieu of conventional RCC of any grade mentioned elsewhere including road etc. shall be measured and paid under this item.

TOTAL OF PART I-B : [ Super Structure ~ Structural ]

PART - I-C : FORM WORK Notes:- a) For double/ multi stage shuttering design calculations and details / drawings for scaffolding shall be submitted by the contractor well in advance. Prior written approval of form work shall be obtained from Engineer in Charge, before commencement of work. b) Area of form work in contact with concrete shall only be measured for payment & stop boards for construction joints etc. will not be measured for payment. c) The rate for formwork shall include all type of structural/ RCC elements and all geometrical shapes including circular and any other curved surfaces at all height and locations with independent staging having adequate additional bracing, propping, intermediate/ multiple staging wherever required.

Providing, erecting, fixing in position, striking / removing and cleaning steel / timber shuttering & centering for form work at all level & locations for all geometrical shapes and designs as per drawings including rails, bracings, props, brackets, cutting holes for pipes etc., providing & applying approved form oil on all surfaces of form work coming in contact with concrete including close hacking of all exposed concrete work after removal of form work, all materials, labour etc. complete as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer in charge.

All type of structural / RCC elements including all geometric shapes and single / multiple staging at all floors and location.

Providing, erecting, fixing, centering, shuttering work using ply board to obtain form finished concrete surfaces of F3 finish to ceilings including pergola & other architectural features etc. at all heights & locations for following including single / multiple staging at all floors and locations, for all geometrical shapes in plane, curved surfaces of structural / R C C elements including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, props, rails, bracings, brackets, cutting hole for pipes etc. providing and applying approved form oil to all surfaces of formwork coming in contact with concrete and striking / removal of the same including finishing by filling form tie holes, removal of fins, ridges, and,irregularities by grinding filling air holes, with sack rubbed finish, cleaning up loose and adhering debris including all materials labour etc. complete as per specifications drawings and directed by Engineer in charge.

At all floors and locations including single/ multiple staging etc.

Total of PART I-C : (FORM WORK )

PART - I-D : STEEL REINFORCEMENT WORK

Reinforcement for RCC work including supplying steel bars of various diameters as required at site of work including loading, unloading, transporting, decoiling, straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding with 18 gauge, soft drawn annealed steel binding wire including carrying out various tests as required etc. all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer in charge. (Cost of binding wire shall be borne by the contractor & shall not be measured for payment).

Thermo Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D manufactured by SAIL, TATA STEEL, JSW and RINL only.

Total of PART I-D : REINFORCEMENT STEEL

PART - I-E : MASONRY WORK Notes:- (a)The contractor shall get approved the samples of bricks from the Engineer-In- Charge before procurement on large scale and shall maintain the same for the entire work. b)Necessary Openings/nitches/cut-outs, wherever required as per drawings and asked for by the Engineer-in-Charge, shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. c) One brick wall thickness shall be considered as 230mm and lesser wall thickness if any shall be made up to the required dimensions by the contractor in CM 1:4 to proper line, level and plumb without any extra cost to the Department. d) The rate shall include cost of making the brick masonry to all geometrical shapes and sizes without any extra cost to the Department.

Brick masonry 230mm thick in super structure at all floors and locations using solid fly ash bricks conforming to IS12894 latest edition from approved lots of class designation 7.5 (with min. average compressive strength not less than 7.50 N/mm2 ) in CM 1:6 in walls to correct line, level and plumb including raking out joints, curing, scaffolding etc. complete as per specifications, drawings & as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing solid fly ash brick work 110mm thick in partition walls, dwarf walls, parapets, under platforms, curtain walls, fins, external boxing etc. at all floors and locations as per drawing conforming to IS12894 latest edition from approved lots of class designation 7.5 (with min. average compressive strength not less than 7.50 N/mm2 ) in C.M 1:4 to correct line, level & plumb including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing etc. complete as per specifications drawings & as directed by the Engineer in charge. a) With 100mm.wide and 80mm. thick RCC (1:2:4) stiffeners at every one metre height including formwork but excluding the cost of steel reinforcement, which,shall be paid under relevant item.

Total of PART I-E : MASONRY WORKS

PART -I-F : FLOORING WORK Notes : a) The floor finish level shall be generally in level matching with the surrounding floor finish level. No extra payment shall be entertained for matching the floor differences. b) Adjustment of levels in thickness of mortar bedding due to different types of flooring, if any, shall be done by the contractor without any extra cost to the Department. c) The contractor shall submit and get approved the sample for flooring, skirting, dado tiles from Engineer in,Charge before bulk procurement. d) Pattern & design of flooring/ skirting/ dado shall be approved by the Engineer in Charge before commencement of work. e) Exposed edges of all natural stones used for the works like Kotah, Marble, Granite etc.shall be machine cut and shall have uniform thickness and mirror polished unless otherwise mentioned. f) The rate shall include cost of making the flooring to all geometrical shapes and sizes without any extra cost to the Department. g) All Kota stone work shall be mirror polished to get high gloss finish and the rate shall be inclusive of the same in the respective item. h) The sizes of stones/ tiles mentioned for flooring are approximate and subject to the availability in market during execution. If the required size is not available the next higher size of tiles/ stones shall be used without any extra cost to the Department.The contractor may quote accordingly i) Wherever dissimilar floor finishes are placed adjacent, 3mm thick x 25mm wide aluminium flat dividing strips shall be provided by the contractor without any additional cost to the Department.

Providing machine mixing and laying in approved panels of 40mm thickness IPS flooring in cement concrete mix of 1:2:4 using graded stone aggregate of 12.5 mm maximum size with colouring pigment, at all level, well vibrated, compacted including providing and fixing 25 mm x 3 mm thick aluminium dividing strip for panel of about 2 sqm size, to correct level and finished smooth and curing including preparation of surface by cleaning, hacking and exposing aggregate to achieve the best bond, all complete as per specification drawing & as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Cement plaster 18mm thick in skirting with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement correct to line, level and plumb including rounding of junctions with flooring etc. complete as per specifications and drawings & as directed by Engineer in charge.

Cement concrete floor of 50mm thick with hardener finish at all floors and locations, consisting of under layer of 38mm thick cement concrete in grade 1:2:4 with 12mm. size aggregate and top layer 12mm. thick metallic concrete hardner wearing surface, cement being mixed with metallic flooring hardner of approved make in proportion of 4:1 (4 cement : 1 metallic floor hardner) by weight and cement hardner compound mixed with 6mm down graded stone aggregate in the ratio of 1:2 by volume including form work, consolidation finishing to required level, slope, Broom finish with groove where specified, curing including providing aluminium dividing strips of size 25x3mm for panels of about 2 sq.m size. etc. complete as per specifications & drawings,and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing & laying at all floors & locations with vitrified tile of "Duragres" series of M/s Somany or approved manufacturer of approved colour and size as given below (thickness shall be as per manufacturer's specifications) conforming to IS-15622 in flooring / skirting / dado/ clading at all floors and location in approved pattern and colour laid over cement mortar bedding/ backing, close jointed and grouted with white cement slurry and including 3 mm thick and 8 mm deep grout line using PVC spacers for creating true alignment and gap between vitrified tile flooring & Skirting at specified places as per drawings / as directed and grouting the joints with matching epoxy tile grout of approved manufacturer, mixed with approved pigment as per manufacturer's,specifications, finished to level, line, slope and plumb, cutting of tiles, wastage, making openings / cut out if neccesary, final cleaning of surfaces, curing etc. complete all as per drawings, specifications & as directed by Engineer in charge. In flooring laid over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) bedding, in dado laid over 12mm thick CM 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) backing, in skirting including slopped skirting laid over 12 mm thick CM 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 sand) backing including providing grooves as per drawing on top of skirting.

Vitrified tile of size of 600mm x 600mm/100mm x 10mm thk (or thickness as per manufacturer's specification) glossy/satin matte finish.

Anti skid fully Vitrified tile of size 600mm x 600mm x 10mm (or) thickness as per manufacturer's specification, satin matte finish. Note : i)The sizes of tiles mentioned are approximate and subject to the availability in market during execution. If the required size is not available the next higher size of tiles shall be used without any extra cost to the Department. The tenderer may note the same and quote accordingly.

Providing & laying machine cut & machine polished kotah stone flooring at all floor & location including stair case landing, connecting corridoor etc. necessary cement mortar bedding / backing, close jointed & grouted with matching cement slurry and finished to line, level, curing etc. as required, including cutting of stone slab, wastage, making cut outs,wherever required, machine polishing /hand polishing (where machine cannot have access) etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge. a) In flooring with machine polished kotah stone slab of size 575x575x 25mm/ 550x550x25mm/ 550x500x25mm/ 600x600x25mm thick laid over & including 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) bedding. b) In skirting including slopped skirting with machine polished kotah stone slab of size 575/550x100x20 mm thick or sizes as per working drawing laid over and including 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) backing including providing grooves on top of skirting, and chasing the brick masonry etc. complete.

Providing & laying machine cut and machine mirror polished (pre-polished) kotah stone for treads / risers / steps / ramps etc as mentioned below, laid over cement mortar bedding/ backing, close jointed and pointed with matching cement slurry and finished to line, level plumb etc. as required, including curing, cutting of stone slab, making cut outs, wherever required, wastage etc. to get true square edges and final hand polishing all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer in charge. a) For treads 25mm uniform thick in single piece in length up to 1500mm (approx.) laid over 20mm thick,cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 sand) bedding, including providing factory cut three Nos. of antiskid 12x3mm @15mm centre to centre grooves including half round moulding / champhering the edges polishing etc.complete. b) In riser 20mm/18mm uniform thick in single piece in length up to 1500 mm (approx.) laid over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 sand) backing including making recess at top and bottom as shown in drawing complete. Note: i)The tread and risers are to be polished at factory. The exact size are to be laid without any further cutting and polishing. ii) The grooves are to be cut at factory to maintain the gap uniform. Non uniform groove size and irregular gaps between grooves shall not be accepted and rejected forthwith iii) The contractor is to take appropriate step to protect the polishing surface of the floor, tread and riser by providing and laying 6mm thick POP during construction period. The surfaces are to be cleaned only at the time of handing over.

Providing and fixing vitrified clay tiles of approved manufacture at all floors and location of size 230mm x 115mm x 10mm/ 200mm x 100mm x 10mm or approved size, colour and shades with approved combinations etc. for cladding over sloped / vertical wall, parapet, chajjas, facia, fins etc. of all geometrical shape with 12 mm thick 1:3 cement mortar backing and fixing the tiles with approved quality exterior grade, tile adhesive of M/s. Fosroc or at par approved quality of approved manufacturer and pointing the joints with matching cement , in plumb, line, level, scaffolding including double scaffolding all complete as per specification, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note: The size of tiles mentioned are approximate and subject to the availability in market during execution. If the required size is not available the next higher size of tiles shall be used without any extra cost to the Department. The tenderer may note the same and quote accordingly.

Providing and fixing 6mm thick POP protection cover to granite/ vitrified/ceramic tile floors over polythene covering sheet to flooring areas till handed over to users; it shall be removed and disposed off prior to handing over and cleaning, etc. all complete to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

TOTAL OF PART I F : FLOORING

PART I-G : DOORS AND WINDOWS Notes : a) The items of door frames, window frames shall include sealing the joints all round with the brick work /concrete and doors or windows with approved mastic filler cement grout/ epoxy compound /polysulphide compound by the contractor at his own cost as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge to make the joints watertight. b) The work contemplated under the item for supplying and fixing the window/door frames shall be got done by the contractor through specialised agencies in the field, approved by the Department. c) One sample each of the door frame, shutter and window,with all fittings and fixtures alongwith locking arrangement including glass panes etc. complete as per schedule of quantities, drawing and specifications should be submitted for preliminary inspection before procurement on large scale. The contractor shall submit six copies of shop drawings for windows, ventilators and steel door with frames showing dimensional details of construction etc. for approval of the Engineer-in-charge. After preliminary inspection, the sample should be fixed. Defects etc.if any shall be rectified to the full satisfaction of the Department and after obtaining formal approval in writing of Engineer in charge. d) Door frames, shutters and the windows to be supplied and fixed in position should cater the dimensional tolerance of the openings to an extent of (+/-) 2%. The rates quoted by the tenderers should hold good for such variation. Test shall be conducted by the Department for the flush doors as per IS-2202-1983 Part-I from each consignment and the cost incurred on this account shall be borne by the contractor. e) For bonding the flush doors, block boards, ply wood and all types of wood works, phenol- formaldehyde synthetic resin type adhesives conforming to IS-848-1957 shall be used. f) The rate shall include cost of making the doors & windows including glass etc.in all geometrical shapes and sizes without any extra cost to the Department.

Providing and fixing in position at all height and location approved quality second class teak wood moulded, rebated door frames & frames for exhaust fan/ A C / grills etc.wrought and finished sizes, conforming to IS : 4021-1967 at all height and location, including making holes in concrete/ masonry walls and providing and fixing MS hold fasts 300x30x3mm thick embedded in plain cement concrete 1:3:6 in case of brick work and M S coach screw 100mm long or equivalent size in case of RCC/ stone works including painting two coats of bitumastic paint for all unexposed surfaces coming in contact with concrete/ brick masonry,polishing three coats of melamine polish/ painting the exposed surface,with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and shade over a coat of approved primer wherever required etc. complete all as per drawings, specifications, and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

a) Profile 145 x 60 mm with single rebate.

Type D8/D9A-40mm thk. Approximate size 750/900 x 2200 mm both side pre laminated solid core block board single leaf side-hung flush door shutter with/without vision panel as per drawing. Note:- Decorative lamination sheets shall be hot pressed at factory during manufacturing of door shutters.

For terrace door and for WC door of size as per drawing with 25 mm thick factory made PVC integral free foam sheet single leaf side hung door shutter in form of flush finish door.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position at all floors and location approved colour powder coated aluminium extruded section for Aluminium doors/ windows sliding/ top hung/ fixed/ adjustable louvered windows as per drawing using approved extruded sections of Jindal/ Indal/ Hindalco or other approved manufacturer of all geometrical shape and design with size and standard weights as per approved fabrication drawing, for frames and shutters as per specifications and conforming to relavant IS standard including providing and fixing approved quality, colour anodised aluminium fittings and accessories such as handles, push plate, concealed/ exposed tower bolt, necessary locking arrangements, door lock, butt/ SS friction,hinges, rollers with ball bearings etc. of approved quality as required for openable/ sliding shutters and as per approved fabrication drawing, including providing and fixing aluminium channel beading/ glazing clips fixed with approved colour anodised/ powder coated screws, grouting the gap with thermocole & polysulphide sealant etc. all complete (including all wastages) as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Providing and fixing following type of approved quality glass panes/ laminated board for doors/ windows/ ventilators, of all geometrical shape and design glass of M/s. Saint Gobain/M/s. Modi Guard, fixing with aluminium frame work including fixing aluminium channel beading (to be paid under relevant item) and providing and fixing with 2 way EPDM gasketing, to ensure water and air tightness and neoprene cushions /gasket accommodated in grooves, necessary approved colour powder coated screws etc., all complete generally as per drawings specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Silicon - USA or WACKER Germany of Silicon byte size as per design including providing and fixing both side adhesive tape NORTON make or TROCILLEN and also using backer foam of TROCILLEN as per drawing complete as per specification and standard sound practices using all necessary materials including scaffolding etc.all complete as per specification drawings and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Structural Glazing of 12mm thick platinum colour reflective toughened glass with low E value as per specification for fixed panel.

Structural glazing with laminated glass of overall thickness 17.52mm comprising of 10mm thick platinum colour reflective toughened glass with low E value outside +1.52mm PVB membrane+6mm thick clear toughened glass inside, for spandrel glass panel.

Providing & fixing in position approved quality 2nd class teak wood architraves of finished section for the following sizes fixed to pressed steel frames of door/ cup board/ MS doors at all floors as per drawing including providing and fixing M.S. self taped screws at 600mm center to center or suitable spacing as instructed by Engineer in Charge, painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make & colour over one coat of approved primer/ 3 coats of melamine polishing of approved shade and tint etc. all complete as per specification & drawings and as directed by Engineer in charge.

With size 45mm x 15mm with chamfer 2x2mm and 3x3mm etc. as per drawing.

TOTAL OF PART -I-G: DOORS & WINDOWS :

PART : I-H : FITTING & FIXTURES: Notes:- i) One sample board consisting of each item of schedule of quantities with approved quality fittings & fixtures & necessary accessories including stainless steel screws, bolts, nuts, washers should be submitted for approval of Engineer-in- charge. Large scale procurement shall be taken up only after approval of the Engineer-in-charge. After approval, the samples shall be kept in the office of the Engineer-in-charge to ascertain the approved quality for the entire work. ii) All fittings & fixtures shall conform to relevant IS code.,

Supplying at project site non magnetic stainless steel (SS 304) fittings, fixtures and fasteners along with necessary SS screws, bolts, nuts, washers etc. wooden packing pieces if necessary and other standard accessories of M/s. Dorma or at par quality of approved manufacture

Stainless Steel premium quality Butt hinges of size 125x76x3mm as per IS code.

Door stopper with twin rubber bushing (shutter mount type)

SS Tower bolt 300mm. long x 12mm dia. barrel.

D type fancy bow handle 150mm long

Providing & fixing heavy duty hydraulic Door closer of approved manufacturer for door shutters as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supplying anf fixing 6-lever Mortice lock of chromium plated brass parts & body similar to M/s. Godrej make model no. 7117, 200mm Handle Set Lock Body CK mortice lock with chromium plated brass screws etc. lock shall be fitted as per manufacturer specification and as directed by Engineer in charge.

TOTAL OF PART -I-H: Fittings & Fixtures

PART - I-I ~ WATERPROOFING TREATMENT: Notes:- a) The contractor shall get written approval from the Engineer in Charge, for the water proofing agency engaged and shall submit the specification of the waterproofing before commencement of work. b) The contractor shall test the surface where water proofing treatment is provided, for bone dry condition by filling up with water. No wet patches or leaks shall appear on the surrounding wall or under side of the slab. c) The contractor shall furnish guarantee bond on,appropriate stamp paper in the proforma as per Section 10 (iii) of Conditions and Clauses of Contract - 2008 for the entire waterproofing treatment for maintaining the surroundings and under side surfaces of the waterproofing treated area in bone dry condition for 10 years. During the guarantee period the contractor shall attend all leakages, defects etc. if noticed, free of cost, starting the work of checking up and rectification within a weeks time from the date of intimation about such leakages/defects. d) The Contractor shall keep the water tank filled with water after the water proofing work has been completed and shall clean it before handing over. At no time shall the water tank be kept empty. Testing for the bone dry condition for the water proofing work carried out shall again be done, before handing over the flats/building if found necessary by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment of the agency approved by department, including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, terraces etc. mixing with water proofing compound as per IS : 2645 :2003, with average thickness of 115mm and minimum thickness at drain point as 65 mm as per following steps. a) Applying and grouting a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm. of cement admixed with proprietary water proofing compound over the RCC slab including cleaning the surface before treatment. b) Laying cement concrete using broken bricks/brick bats 25mm to 100mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound over 20mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls up to 300mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs. c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry admixed with proprietary waterproofing compound. d) Finishing the surfaces with 20 mm thick joint less cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound and finally finishing the surface to receive the China Mosaic waterproofing treatment (to be paid under relevant items). e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order, as directed and specified by the Engineer in Charge.

Extra for additional thickness of brick bat coba over and above standard average thickness of 115 mm for effective slope wherever required.

Filling in bath, W/C, toilet, depressed areas with water proofing brick bat coba of the agency approved by the Dept. at all floors and locations upto the required level and making the surface finished suitable to receive floor finish etc. all complete as per drawings and water proofing agency's specifications & as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing cement based waterproofing treatment to the inside surface of water tank by giving injections to concrete bottom slab and walls as required with cement and approved waterproofing compound solution to fill up all inherent holes, voids, honeycombs etc. in concrete and treating the floor and walls with waterproof mortar as per specifications of specialised waterproofing agencies, finishing smooth with trowel in cement colour and testing of water tank by filling up with water as per specifications etc. the thickness of treatment on the floor will be 50mm and on the walls about 20 mm all complete as per drawing, specification and as directed by the Engineer in Charge

PART I - J : PLASTERING WORK : Notes :- a) Before commencement of plastering, the area shall be cleaned, wetted and shall be marked with 'Thiyyas' or 'Tapanis' and shall be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge. b) Whenever the electrical contractor/ agency has to fix up switch boxes in walls, necessary Thiyyas or 'Dhadas' shall be arranged prior to plastering so that the electrical boxes are fixed properly in line with the finished plastered surfaces. c) Finishing around the junction boxes shall be done at,all floor, level and position to the line, level and right angles as required while carrying out plastering work. d) No extra claim/cement consumption shall be entertained by the department for the plastering done more than the specified thickness shown in the schedule of quantities, to bring the plastered surface to perfect line, level and plumb with adjoining columns and beams for new and old surfaces.

Cement plaster in single coat with cement mortar at all floors, heights, slopes and locations on plain or curved surfaces including rounding wherever required to prepare the surface even and smooth to correct line, level, plane and plumb including scaffolding, curing etc. complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

6mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1 cement : 4 fine sand) for exposed concrete surfaces, soffits of slabs and beams, soffit of staircase waist slab etc.

15 mm. thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 mix for internal brick / concrete surfaces for all walls and beams flush with walls, mullions etc.

Sand faced external/ internal cement plaster as specified below in cement mortar 1:4 at all heights and locations including scaffolding, preparing the surfaces, finishing and rendering with sponge to correct line, level and plumb, curing including making grooves, vatas, plaster fluting (plaster in steps) etc. where ever required complete as per specification and drawings and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and applying 1.5mm thick cement based wall care putty in two coats of M/s. Birla White at all floors and locations, over plastered surfaces, finished smooth to correct line, level, plain, plumb etc., including preparing the surfaces, scaffolding, smoothen the putty surfaces with very fine water proof emery paper to get a glossy finish etc. complete as per specifications, as per manufacturers specifications, drawing & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

White washing in three coats in all floors and locations for concrete /wall surfaces in shafts including sand papering and cleaning the surfaces, filling up cracks and crevices if any with approved putty, scaffolding etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting plastered /concrete surfaces with two coats of acrylic premium (plastic) emulsion paint of M/s Asian or equivalent make & approved colour over a coat of approved cement/acrylic primer (as per manufacturers recommendation) including preparing the surfaces, filling with putty wherever required, scaffolding and cleaning etc, complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Painting plastered/ concrete surfaces with two coats of premium exterior grade acrylic emulsion paint similar to Apex ultima of M/s. Asian Paints or approved manufacturer, of approved colour and shade over a coat of approved exterior grade primer all as per manufacturer's recommendations and as per the approved sample including providing necessary scaffolding, cleaning the surface with water to remove all coating, dust, filling up cracks & crevices with approved putty, curing the surface etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : Both sides of surfaces of jali,if any, shall be measured for payment

Providing and fixing in position at all floors, levels / heights, approved quality machine cut, mirror polished 18mm thick granite stone slab for door/ window frame in two overlapping layers in one piece full length / height of approved shade, finished sizes as directed, moulding and polishing exposed edges in line, level, plumb and fixing the stone with cement mortar 1:3 bedding/ backing closed jointed, machine grouting, cement slurry, curing including cutting of stones to get rounded exposed edges, wastage, final hand polishing, rounding of free exposed stone edges etc. complete as per specifications drawings and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing granite stone door and window frame with 18mm thick approved granite stone including providing and fixing 90mm long stainless steel screws (3 Nos. in each vertical stone) with rawl plug by drilling with high frequency power hammer drilling machine and fixing with araldite adhesive and finishing with approved putty with suitable pigment etc. complete. Note: Exposed surface on elevation & exposed vertical finished face shall be measured for payment in SqM. Overlapping & edges shall not be measured.

Providing and fixing Duraboard HD 100 filler board of M/s. Supreme Industries Ltd., 125mm thick and full depth/ width of RCC or as shown in the drawing for expansion joints at all floors and locations in RCC columns, beams, slab, brackets etc. including cutting, laying in position, in line, level and plumb, including the cost of Adhesive(Epoxy or Bitumen or equivalent) for fixing Duraboard to column,beam,slab, etc. as per manufacturer's specifications, including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer- in-Charge.

Providing & fixing in position anodised aluminium flats/ angles/ tees/ plates/ sheets/ foils etc. of required size to cover the expansion joint in walls, floors, ceilings and columns etc. including drilling holes, chasing the surface wherever required, fixed with wooden gutties, rawl plugs and C.P brass screws, making good the surface, making slotted holes on aluminium on one side etc., complete.

Providing and applying polysulphide sealing compound of size upto 125mm x 10mm of approved make for the edges of Duraboard including scaffolding, labour, wastage etc. all complete as per manufacturer' s specification and as directed by the Engineer in Charge

Bakelite Hylam Limited, to the ceiling as thermal insulation at all levels and locations including applying a coat of shalicoat to the under side of the roof and CRPX compound to the underside of each board and pressed to the slab in position, fixing with suitable screws (5 Nos. screws per panel of 1200x600mm) with rawl plug and Stainless steel washers, including sealing the joints with self adhesive brown tape etc. complete all as per manufacturerer's specification, cost of all materials labours, scaffolding, tools & plants, required for completion of the work etc all complete as per drawing and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. (In order to,prevent damage to the waterproofing of roof slab above, the drilling of holes for fixing phenotherm board at ceiling, shall be done prior to carrying out waterproofing works).

Providing & fixing in position suspended false ceiling system using 600mm x 600mm Calcium Silicate tiles (Aerolite)/calcium silicate board(Hilux) having thickness as mensioned below, densified edges and 100% humidity resistance, incombustible as per BS476 part IV with thermal conductivity of 0.043 w/m KC and approved surface design and edge profile (Tegular/ Spintone) placed in a suspended grid of size of 600mm x 600mm made of hot dipped G.I. steel sections having an exposed surface capping of pre-finished baked polyester painted coil wherein the main tee of size 24mm x 38mm x 0.33mm shall be suspended at 1200mm centres along the length of ceiling with 4mm dia G.I wire with necessary level,adjusters and cross tees of size 24mm x 28mm x 0.33mm x 1200mm shall be inserted in to slots between the main tees at 600mm centres and thereafter in direction vertical to the longer tees of size 24mm x 28mm x 0.33 mm x 600mm shall be inserted to form a grid size of 600mm x 600mm resting on the periphery walls on wall angles of size 22mm x 22mm x 300mm x 0.40mm thickness etc. complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge. Note:- The entire grid system shall be designed to bear a distributed load of minimum 15 kg/sqm. PART III - ELECTRICAL WORKS SECTION-I : Main Distribution Board (MDB): Supply, installation,testing & commissioning of totally type tested front operated front access cubicle, totally enclosed, IP42, indoor type, wall/floor mounted with hinged and lockable doors MDB including interconnections, tinned copper crimping lugs, bonding to earth and painting suitable for use at 415 V, 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz system, and to withstand a fault level of 25KA symmetrical for 1 sec at 415 V complete as per specifications, as required and as below : All switchboards shall have provision for entry of cables from the top/ bottom/sides as required. All live accessible parts shall be shrouded and all equipment shall be finger touch proof. The bus bars shall be insulated with,heat shrinkable sleeves & color coaded. SMC/DMC shrouds and busbar supports shall be used. Note: 1) All G.A. & fabrication drawings,single line diagram,control schemes shall be got approved from the E.I.C. Necessary touch up may be done at site, incase if required. 2) All non current carrying metallic parts of the equipment shall be earthed with copper flexible wire / strip of adequate size. 3) All concealed hinged doors and covers shall be provided with suitable flexible earthing connections. 4) Cable entry boxes shall be included in the scope of work. 5) The Booster Pump Starter Panel shall be Post Office Red colour & Ventillation Blower Panel shall be RAL 7035.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of 2 mm MS CRCA sheet starter enclosure with Suitable wall mounted automatic star/delta starter with fuseless backup protection (Type-II co-ordinated as per IS 13947-4-1) for the sizes as mentioned below of main terrace fire pump with overload protection, current sensing type single phase preventor complete with all accessories and internal wiring required for automatic & manual operation, etc. complete as required.(Capacity of motor shall be as per IS 12469-1988 considering efficiency of pumps as indicated elsewhere in SOQ Specifications),Note: Each set of Fire Booster Pump panels shall be provided with 1 no. Providing and making earth station comprising of 17 mm dia 3m long earthing electrode of high tensile low carbon steel rod molecularly bonded 250 micron copper coating on the outer surface, UL listed, filling bore with suitable earth enhancement compound as per IEC 62561-7 & manufacturer's standard, surrounding the earth electrode complete with all required materials & instructions of EIC. Note : 1. LAN work shall be done by a specialised agency in the field. Credentials of the agency through which the bidder proposes to execute the LAN work to be submitted post W.O. 2. Evaluation of the proposed agency to execute the LAN work shall be carried out seperately by the Department. 3. All outdoor refrigerant pipeline shall be provided with appropriate mechanical protection for preventing damage by birds and the horizontal pipelines if any shall be laid over MS hot dip galvanised tray, complete in all respects as per technical specifications and as instructed by Engineer-In-charge. NB: 1) All piping inside the room shall be properly supported with MS hanger & clamps. 2) Size (i.e. dia. & thickness) of copper pipes & thickness of tubular elastomeric nitrile rubber insulation should be as per manufacturer's recommendation.

Drain piping duly insulated Supply, installation and commissioning of rigid/ flexible HD PVC piping/ GI piping duly insulated with closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber insulation complete with fittings, accessories, supports on wall/ ceiling or floor etc. as per site situation & all as per technical specification and as approved by Engineer In Charge. Note: 1) Size (i.e. dia. & thickness) of drain pipes & thickness of tubular elastomeric nitrile rubber insulation should be as per manufacturer's recommendation. 2) All drain piping inside the room shall be properly supported with hanger & clamps, complete in all respects technical specifications and as instructed by Engineer-In-charge.

Cabling Supply & laying of 3C X 4 sqmm. cu power cabling along with required control cabling and adequate earthing as per site requirement with adequate size of cu conductor wire with saddles & spacers to connect outdoor units with respective indoor units & power cable to connect power outlet to ODU/ IDU complete with end connections as required, complete in all respects as per technical specifications and as instructed by Engineer-In-charge.

PVC Trunking Supply & laying of casing and caping(PVC trunking 100 mm X 50 mm) for enclosing refrigerant tubing with insulation, drain line and electrical cable as per site situation, complete in all respects as per technical specifications and as instructed by Engineer-In-charge.

M.S. Structure Fabrication of various M.S structure (namely M.S. stands for the ODUs of A/C units, expansion tank, any other item not covered in respective items wherein supports are not included shall be part of this item) as required & fabricated out of M.S. flat of size (50 mm x 6 mm) and M.S. angle of size (50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm) and safety guard of M.S. flat of size (12 mm x 12 mm) with opening in safety guard for maintenance purpose of Split AC's ODU unit, painting with two coats of synthetic enamel over one coat of red oxide primer of approved make & shade on all M.S. structure as required and complete in all respects as per technical specifications and as instructed by Engineer-In-charge.

Supply Fans (1 W + 1 S) Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of SISW Centrifugal Fan of capacity 10000 CFM at 65 mm static along with SS bird screen, flexible metallic canvas connections, drive arrangement including required foundations and all accessories, high efficiency TEFC Motor & Starter, control wiring, power cable terminations etc. as per drawings, technical specifications & instructions of Engineer-in-charge.
